Great location for walkable restaurants and sites, ocean view room was fantastic, very clean, pool was very small but area was private and aesthetically pleasing. Located conveniently across from a pharmacy to get necessary items. Beach towels and oceanfront umbrella/chair service was a nice touch for people traveling by plane and without usual beach gear. Also super convenient to have Hertz car rental desk in the lobby for the second half of our trip outside the city.

So the property wasn’t bad itself I would say that the rooms are a little bit outdated. The pool is available 24 hours. They only serve you coffee from 6 AM to 11 AM. They don’t serve you any type of breakfast. The hotel is located in the area in Puerto Rico that’s a little bit dangerous. You have to be careful walking at night. The restaurants are overpriced and is messed up because they are overpriced because they know that we’re all tourist so I literally went and got Chinese food yeah Chinese food in Puerto Rico and it was like $28 for like rice, chicken and french fries. I ordered Puerto Rican food from the strip and I wasn’t even that much impressed by it that was like $30 for one plate. There’s a Walgreens across the street, which is very helpful and useful in case you need anything but everything I mean, everything is literally overly expensive like a gallon of water is seven dollars and a bag of potato chips is like six dollars tanning oil that you buy regularly you’ll pay like six dollars here is like $17 so just be ready to overspend on food. The restaurant that they have in the hotel is pretty good. I had a Cuban sandwich and that was like $18 and it was worth the price because the bread was fresh. I also got some wings and it was also good from there. Be careful because the elevator gets stuck sometimes like I said before it’s fine it’s OK. The pool is kind of small the beach you have to walk down the block. The beach was OK, but it was like kind of like a lot of

Room was clean. But had some burn holes in the carpet. The balcony wasn’t actually a balcony, you just slide a door open and the outside is right there, you can’t step on to it. The shower water was continuously cold for my week stay. I loved the desk staff they were very sweet. The cleaning lady with the red eyebrow's stole my water shoes that I put outside of my door for a short moment.

Staff was very helpful at checkin and with anything we needed. Beach is very close to hotel and the staff at beach is very helpful. At checkin you are provided QR codes that give you walking directions to the beach resort area to get your chairs it is super helpful. Pool area at hotel is great as well nice jacuzzi and the staff cleaned room daily without issue the only thing I did not like was Expedia does notify you of the resort fee but fails to tell you hotel has an additional 250 fee they hold for incidentals as well. While you get this back if you are traveling it is nice to know this up front.

This is my second time booking with Expedia. My first experience was horrible. The hotel was not what Expedia was saying I was a little scared to book again but when I got to Puerto Rico, this hotel was amazing exactly like the picture. The place was clean the staff very friendly and it was exactly like it’s saying on the pictures. I would definitely book again here. You are so close to the beach. There’s a lot of place you could choose from to eat and it’s a safe environment.

NY family had a wonderful stay at the Condado Palm Inn! The location is absolutely perfect, sitting just steps away from the beach, local restaurants, and vibrant shops. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and provided the perfect relaxing environment after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a seamless, enjoyable, and high-quality experience in San Juan!
