We loved this hotel. The entrance and lobby are stunning, incorporating historical elements with beautiful modern art, furniture and design. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The beach was very convenient and the beach staff were amazing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a funky resort like hotel with a Latin vibe.

We had such a wonderful time staying at the Condado Vanderbilt Hotel. When we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and champagne - and quickly escorted to our ocean view suite. We decided to stay on property our first day, and ate at OVA after getting settled into our stylish comfortable suite. Our server Glorimar was so friendly and attentive and made us feel at home right from the start. Every staff member had a smile and was attentive and friendly, and seemed to enjoy helping guests feel pampered. Hats off to the housekeeping staff for keeping our suite clean and stocked up with snacks. We had a chance to chat with our daytime housekeeper Lisaber, and she was so friendly - and even gave us tips about local beaches to visit. The property had every amenity you could imagine. We ate and drank on site and played in the various pools for the majority of our stay - and just really had a great time. The pools were large and clean and not overcrowded. The vistas from the pools and balcony are embedded in my mind forever, but we will absolutely come back again. 5 stars!

Our stay at the Condado Vanderbilt was truly exceptional from start to finish. As someone with 30+ years in the hospitality and food and beverage industries, and as someone married to a chef, I have high expectations when it comes to service, dining, and the overall guest experience — and the Vanderbilt exceeded every one of them. Every detail was thoughtful, every need was anticipated, and we honestly had no complaints. The twice-a-day room cleaning was such a wonderful touch and made our stay feel even more luxurious and cared for. We especially want to mention Michael and Diego at the pool and beach, who made our days by the water so enjoyable. They were attentive, kind, and made us feel completely taken care of. Our dinner at 1919 was unforgettable. Eugenio, the sommelier, made the beverage pairings feel special and personal. Alexander did an amazing job explaining the food and making each course even more meaningful, and William, our head table waiter, was outstanding. Every bite of food and every beverage we had was absolutely amazing. We also had the most relaxing day at the spa. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and treated with such care, professionalism, and genuine hospitality that the entire experience felt incredibly special. The concierge team was exceptional, sending us wonderful recommendations for places to eat and drink around the city and helping arrange our rainforest outing. This was a beautiful resort. You felt like you were on the ocean. We would definitely stay there again. The bed was comfortable. The room was well appointed. They have thought of everything. I wish the spa had cold therapy in addition to the sauna.

Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional and every detail exceeded expectations. Great hotel with upscale food and service; has a nice clientele too. Only complaint was a line to wait for breakfast and it was all ala carte food. Area is walkable and safe area but not much to do - no great shopping or food except in hotel. It's an uber ride to get to old city. The beach is scenic - windy and rocky but not swimmable.

Our stay couldnt have been better. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The beach and pools were relaxing. Even though there was a wedding on site we still never felt crowded. I would highly recommend this hotel
