I loved my stay at HiBird Apartments & Suites in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The property was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it a great place to unwind. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

The staff member that helped us when we first arrived was really amazing! We just finished a long and arduous trip across Puerto Rico. He knew we were exhausted.He kindly held up traffic so that we wouldn’t have to face even more traffic jams to go back around to the parking garage… He was very accommodating and very very kind… The room was small, but nice and clean and cute. The layout of the place is a little confusing, but we were able to figure it out after a while. It’s in a cool area with lots of stores and restaurants around. overall very convenient and comfortable.

Stayed 5 nights and wasn’t disappointed. Rooms were spacious and you can see the ocean from the balcony. Location was 1 block from the ocean so easy access and it had all the amenities around. Would highly recommend.

Property is in a great location. Room was great only thing is if you get the standard room it does not have a microwave other than that room was great. Best part of the property is the staff all were extremely helpful, polite, and attentive. Can’t praise staff enough special shoutout to Ralph.

Overall hibird is a good place to stay. You have everything accessible to you from restaurant casinos grocery store in San Juan. when it comes to the apartment/hotel, if you want to just bring food and cook in your room you have the option to do that. I did like the Grab and Go, which is located in the lobby that has a standard things, water, snack etc. Will definitely consider staying there again.

I had a great stay as someone traveling for business, but bringing family with for the trip. The 2BD penthouse was the perfect setup for us, especially with the private rooftop deck and hot tub. The staff was very attentive, checking in daily during our week-long stay, about our housekeeping needs. The parking garage took some maneuvering, but was doable.

We stayed in a double queen room in the back building, behind the main building. There was an easy walkway between the two buildings. The room was spacious and felt clean. Despite being on a busy road, in a busy area of Condado, it was soundproof. We didn’t hear any neighbors in other rooms. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Rafael was amazing, he helped us check in the first day and was very informative. He was there most evenings, greeting us with a big smile as we came and went. He was on top of any of our needs. There was a young lady working day shift (we stayed 6/4-6/7) and she was also very sweet and helpful. The only issue we had with staff was on Saturday night, when another staff (Shawn/Sean?) we had not previously seen was working the evening shift. He was preoccupied on his phone and even sitting on the couches in the lobby with his girlfriend or a girl that clearly was not staff. We really missed Rafael that night, greeting us as we came in from dinner. The other negative was the parking situation is very, very tight. There are maybe 8-10 spots on the second level of the main building but it is a very tight squeeze and one way in and one way out, so if you have a bigger SUV, it takes some skilled maneuvering to get in and out of the spaces, as well as up and down a narrow entrance to the garage. The area is walkable and safe. The pools were small but nice and cozy areas to lounge. Would return and definitely recommend a stay here.
