Las Casitas at El Conquistador is an amazing place to stay! You have access to just about 6 pools, a private island accessible via ferry, excellent restaurants, and a friendly and accommodating staff. Highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely outstanding experience. Kudos to the entire staff, including our incredibly kind concierge, Frederick. He was attentive, welcoming, and warm, truly going out of his way to ensure our family was comfortable and happy here. We all adored him. It was wonderful to have the kids so occupied by the water park the beach and the beautiful pool, flanked on top by ping-pong tables and a life-size chessboard. About two days in and I was already scheming about how to save up for our next trip here:)

Our stay at Las Casitas at El Conquistador was truly unforgettable! It was our first visit, but certainly not our last! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful amenities, breathtaking views, and exceptional service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and that level of hospitality made all the difference. A special thank you to our mayordomo, Timothy, who was incredibly attentive and always ready to help at a moment’s notice. Whether it was answering questions, making recommendations, or ensuring we had everything we needed, his kindness and professionalism made our stay even more special. We also loved how the staff recommended activities and introduced us to some of the best local, cultural cuisine. Those thoughtful suggestions helped us experience Puerto Rico in such an authentic and memorable way. The only downside to our trip was having to leave. We came home already dreaming about our next visit. Thank you to everyone at Las Casitas for creating such an incredible experience! We can’t wait to be back!

We spent a few days here with our family and kids ages 10-15. We had an ocean view which was amazing. You do have to call a shuttle though if you want to go to the main resort. We had friends who traveled with us and they were all at the resort so we had to travel there several times. No big deal but definitely need to think about. I think it would have been better if it were just me and my wife at a place like this because we enjoy lingering over views and getting room service, our kids just want to go go go and have fun. Great place, beautiful pool, but if you have kids you might want to stay at the resort.

From the moment we arrived, we appreciated the 24/7 security and were immediately impressed by the beautifully manicured grounds and golf course—it looked like something straight out of a magazine. We were warmly greeted by the receptionist and our butler, Frederick, who checked us in, provided water, and personally drove us around the resort to show us the restaurants, bars, and amenities before escorting us to our room. They definitely make sure you stay hydrated! One thing we really appreciated was the attention to security and exclusivity. Staff members regularly verified wristbands and room numbers, and the Village pools were reserved exclusively for Village guests. The atmosphere was relaxed and very couple-friendly, allowing us to enjoy the stunning infinity pool, peaceful courtyard, and relaxing music without the chaos of large crowds or children splashing around. There are numerous restaurants, bars, and shops throughout the resort, along with a private island featuring crystal-clear, calm waters, a beach bar, restaurant, and gift shop. The resort also has their own water park with restaurant and bar. Our room and ocean view were breathtaking. In fact, I’m already planning to recreate the colors and design of our owner's suite at home! Access to the rooms was very secure, requiring wristband scans for both the common areas and the room itself. Wristbands are also used for purchases throughout the resort.

Love the property , stood in the villas . Wish I would have thought of staying closer to ocean views . Everyone was on point when needed . Front desk was amazing as well . When service was needed they were right at the door . Just feel that we shouldn’t have to pay to park to go to the hotel part , if we are staying in the villas . The beach was pricey for beach chairs and tables . That either should be free or cheaper since it’s part of the hotel .

Excellent staff, clean roomie rooms. Only downside was ferry to Palomino island broke down and our scheduled trip there was delayed one day. Upside, resort gave a 4:00 pm check out so we could go to the island the day we were checking out.
