Check in process was super efficient. I love the ambiance in the hallway and kitchen. The room was very clean, already cooled, and very practical. I had to make a last minute change to the reservation and the people were very polite and attentive. A really nice bonus was the area because we were in front of a churro bar and a mercado/bodega so it was perfect for a small vibe. Lastly, I really appreciated the bin of leftover sun-care products that can be used whenever. I really enjoyed my time here :)

Clean, spacious room, friendly and helpful remote staff, smart tv, amazing location, tons of great restaurants nearby and only about 10 minutes from the beach. also loved the complimentary breakfast snacks! loved my stay, would definitely come back.

Starting off with the location. It was close to the airport & close to all San Juan beaches that I wanted to explore close to all the excursions I wanted to explore! Driving up Tapia haus is so cute exactly how it is in pictures. Very clean & surprisingly my room was small but perfect had kitchen refrigerator smelled great very clean. Staff was very nice & free breakfast was a plus.

Nice find in an up and coming neighborhood. The shower was on the cold side… loved the separate room for a kitchen.

Muy bueno el hospedaje en tapia haus 103 lo pase super bien el area tranquilo. Una recomendacion en el area del baño tiene que poner algo para tener privacidad por que con un cristal sin poder tapar con una cortina lo que estan caminando o el vecino nos puede mirar es lo unico que encontre un poco sin privacidad. Pero de lo demas lo recomiendo a todos muy limpio muy acogedor y cerca de todo.

Anthony was extremely friendly! The hotel is in what looks like a rough neighborhood but we had no issue at all walking around, even at night. There's a great food truck parked right across the street and Plenty of bars with lots of friendly people hanging out in and outside very close to the hotel. Very close to the beach and a short Uber to Old San Juan.

We had a beautiful room! Did not have a city view like the description said and no couch like in the picture, but the owner was amazing and so nice and sweet! Overall had a fantastic time there and would love to come again!

Tapia Haus 103 is EVERYTHING. I wanted the Full experience living around the local Puerto Rican’s and Tapia Haus gave me that. This is gem and it’s centrally located to walk to the beach, night life, and great food places. Anthony and Hunter deliver two different experiences while both are very pleasant and honest. I cannot wait to go back again!!! Thanks Tapia Haus 103 for a wonderful experience!!!

We were pleasanty surprised when we arrived from San Francisco. TapiaHous103 is SO charming, clean and comfortable! You can never be really sure when you book online. Anthony greeted us and was so helpful and made us feel right at home. The attention to detail was much appreciated! The property is located right around the corner from several restaurants , clubs and shopping and it's only an 8-minute bus ride to Old San Juan. We traveled from San Francisco and the area reminded us of what the Mission was several years ago. We would definitely recommend Tapia Haus103 and we would certainly stay again! Thank you, Anthony, for making the start of our PR vacation special! We hope to come back and visit you again!

The property is located in a central area with great food and night life. The staff was amazing! Any questions we had, they were always there to answer. Anthony is one the best host we’ve ever met. Check in with smooth, staff was responsive, air conditioning was great, and the room was nice! Only problem we had was with having consistent running water or warm water. There was a couple times across the week stay where there was no running water. It was nice there was bath and shower towels as well as shampoo/body wash/conditioner. Breakfast included was nothing fancy but nice to have.
