Read very carefully what kind of accommodation this is, and what facilities are available. What I'd like to add is that staff and service is great, beds and linnen are OK/Good and that the aircon in the room pod is very responsive. I got a good nights sleep, mission completed!

Very comfortable stay. My South location pod allowed me to relax and sleep away my long layover. Note that while both North snd South locations are easily accessible, the North location is the one with the coffee and showers. Will definitely be booking here again!

Negative is that there is no shower on premises. Bathrooms are near by same with shopping. Just a place to crash and get a good sleeping time before your connections.

I booked on Expedia for an 8hr stay. The price was okay but I think I had a cheaper experience at Narita airport that came with an actual bed and shower facilities within the lounge. So, the Narita experience was a difficult benchmark to beat. I slept in one of the rooms with the reclining chair. It was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff - Genesis and Chandra - were helpful, kind and nice to me. After a while I realized the reclining chair/bed was actually quite hard! I asked Genesis for an extra pillow which he kindly provided me and that help make things more comfortable. The toilets are not within the facility but it is just outside. There are no locks on the doors on the outside so you kind have to bring your important bits to the toilet. Would I stay again? Maybe, but only if I really had to. I did this time because I wasn’t feeling so well and this was a good place to rest.
