The first thing that I want to mention is the staff . They are so professional and helpful,specially I want to say a big Thanks to Dragos , Marius and Cristina from Front Desk. A big thumbs up for cleaning crew also.

Marius was such an amazing member of staff and a real credit to the Hilton chain. He went over and above in supporting our needs at the hotel. He gave a lovely welcome to us as weary travellers, offered the information we required and even offered a wake up call for our early morning flight. He really is the best member of staff I have ever come across whilst staying at the Hilton hotels. His colleague Drago was also very supportive too. Our room was very clean and was very comfortable. We didn't try the breakfast so we can't comment on that. The hotel was so convenient for the airport, particularly if you need to be there early. My main comments though are regarding the customer service which actually went beyond expectation. Thank you.

Just a very short walk across the car park from the departures building -exceptionally clean and smart and very comfortable- great breakfast my only negative is that I sent two messages to the hotel prior to my arrival via the hotels app which went unanswered otherwise it was an excellent stay

A wonderful hotel and would highly recommend for travelers. Makes departing from the airport super convenient. A little disappointed in the meal. I ordered the lamb chops and I have to truly say it was the worse lamb I have ever eaten. The lamb flavor was missing and the charred marks tasted burnt. Like they used an electric grill, highly disappointed.

Unfortunately it was a short stay from 01.30 until 10.00 the morning after, but we had a very good stay. Nice room with a good bed and a big shower in a well maintained bathroom. The breakfast was very goid as well.

Five stars for a flawless experience. While the hotel facilities are excellent, it is the staff that makes the difference. Cristi and Alexandra provided outstanding service, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They are the reason I will be returning to this hotel on my next trip to Bucharest/OTP.,
