The reason we booked this apartment was for a family, but when we checked in we got a triple room. After a 30 minute explanation, the receptionist showed the prepaid voucher where it was written black on white 2 adults and on child booking type deluxe apartment. After that, in the next 30 minutes, we were called by the receptionist and asked to pay for the apartment because they need proof of payment and the prepaid voucher is not good enough. We need to call the travel agency using the emergency call number and ask them to contact the hotel. Finally in the next 30 minutes they figure out how to execute the virtual card from the travel agency. The trip didn't just end here. We went to their four-star restaurant for dinner. We ordered white wine and som water, both of which were hot. So, we asked for some ice and an ice bucket to cool the wine. Surprise, we got som ice, no opportunity to find someone to cool the wine. I advise you to avoid this place if you want to avoid surprises and don't want to be treated like a tie.

A little over the next 30-minutes, the front desk agent called us and asked us to pay for the apartment because they required proof of payment and the prepaid voucher wasn't sufficient. We must contact the travel agency using their emergency call number and request that they reach the hotel. Finally, in the next 30 minutes, they figure out how to execute the virtual card from the travel agency. The story didn't end here. In their four-star restaurant, we went to supper. We ordered white wine and water, and both of them were warm. So, we requested some ice and an ice bucket to cool the wine. Surprised, we got som ice, no chance to find a recipient for cooling the wine. So for the aforementioned reasons, my advise is to stay away from this location if you want to avoid surprises and do not want to be treated like a tie.
