Room very big and clean , the only negative thing was that in the toilet weren’t any shampoo or detergent . The breakfast was good and the service nice

Hotel molto bello e personale molto gentile e anche molto disponibile . Ottima la pulizia e anche la colazione (non molto ricco il buffet dei dolci ma è normale del resto). piccola pecca è la mancanza in bagno di una spina per attaccare il phon e il parcheggio interno molto piccolo siamo riusciti ad usufruirne una sola sera e la seconda abbiamo lasciato la macchina in un parcheggio confinante di un supermercato ( per fortuna controllato dalla vigilanza). Ma assolutamente soddisfatti. Anche il vicino ristorante è molto carino ottimo cibo e molto economico

Great choice for a romantic weekend away.. could not find any fault...Rooms are nicely decorated, very large and the breakfast has plenty of choices. There is no kettle in the room, to make coffee / tea but the bar downstairs is opened 24 hours and you can have a free coffee there, at any time.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr schön und ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, nicht abgewohnt und gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht und hat alle meine Fragen immer gut beantworten können. Außerdem ist das Personal immer sehr fürsorglich gewesen im Bezug auf die Frühstückszeit. Es war auch kein Problem den Kühlschrank im Zimmer für meine privaten Zwecke zu nutzen. Das gesammte Personal spricht sehr gut Englich, daher war es nie ein Problem sich zu verständigen (mein Rumänisch ist leider begrenzt) Bei meiner Abreise hat mir die Dame von der Rezeption sogar noch einen Kaffee zum Auto für meine Heimreise gebracht. Der Parkplatz des Hotels ist ummauert und man muss ich keine Sorgen machen. Nur etwas aufpassen muss man, da die Parkfläche begrenzt ist, beim rangieren sind kleinere Autos von Vorteil.

Most of the staff (mainly at reception and breakfast area) are in desperate need of a customer service & hospitality course, otherwise no lament at all. Breakfast is good and so is the hotel in general.

The employees are all really friendly and help you every Time The Hotel is really nice and clean and the Breakfast is also awsome. If you walk, you are in 15-20 mins in the Center, but there are also a Busstation and Taxis directly in the Front of the building The parking lots are Not enough and we had Problems to sleep at Night, because there was no AC in our room and without it was in our room really Hot we had to Open the Windows at night that we can sleep, this is why the comfortable only gets an OK from us.

The hotel is great, but I have one problem with the payment. As soon as you arrive they are kindly ask you to pay. I don't have a priblem to pay up front but I never do this because I need to know what I get for my money. What if I refuse the room because is dirty (never happened so far at this hotel) or there is another problem? They have to give the money back and this means lost time. This is the only problem from my side. This was the third time for me at this hotek.
