We've stayed in a number of different hotels in Mama, and this has to be one of the worst ones. There are not many choices unless you spend a lot of money during peak season, but we paid almost 100 euros per night, which is not cheap, and for the cost much more is anticipated. The hotel is in an excellent location, and some rooms are not all very spacious, with a good balcony and lake views on one side of the hotel. The good news ends there, because most rooms have problems connecting to wifi, bathrooms that require repairs, ie, toilet seat or sinks coming off the wall, and in my case, a refrigerator that doesn't work. Although the room is for two people, it appears that they only provide you with one key card, which appears to be attempting to save money. When you return to the room, the air conditioner, which once more fails to function properly, isn't working either. They also utilize inexpensive sachets of shampoo and shower gel in the bathrooms, which don't always come back when they've been used. In my situation, the shower gel was never replaced, so I had to use the shampoo to perform duel purposes! When I arrived at the hotel, there were no towels at all. Like most Romanian hotels, this is never a three-star hotel because the little details can make a huge difference

I chose this hotel for three nights because I needed to see the stunning lakeside sunsets. I was not disappointed. It's amazing to be able to sit on a balcony all night and observe the sunset. The first room had no or no wi-fi number 52, which was slow. The lovely receptionist luckily assisted me in moving to a better room that day with great wifi. The cleaning girls were also really nice. The location is excellent, and there are many excellent neighborhood eateries nearby. The beach is not far away either. Id return for the excellent service and views, and the decent accommodations.

This place is located on the lakeside, which is a popular position for me because the rooms have balconies that let you see the lake sunset, as is Mama with many clubs, so if you plan to stay here, I suggest only leaving and refraining from returning. The hotel romantic was costlier for the tiny, untidy rooms that became incredibly humid and had a nasty summer traveler vibe. The room felt quite crowded. However, there was nowhere to get brunch and no restaurant. The room barely had enough space to spread out our belongings with only two people in one room. However, the staff was pleasant. The WiFi was terrible. There are also many clubs, so go enjoy them rather than spending the evenings. There were no restaurants or breakfast nearby.

Kind staff. No frills no services or amenities and romantic in name only. Would not recommend it for couple seeking a romantic getaway but excellent for a single person who wants to sleep and shower in a safe clean affordable place and save money to do other things

Sa merita sa iti ei camera Apartament cu vedere la lac foarte frumos! Baia ai curățenia lasa putin de dorit dușuri vechi cu usi care abia se deschis, de-asemenea Recepționiști trebuie sa invete sa vorbească putin mai frumos cu clienți, mai cald si altfel . Trebuie sa schimbați ambientul Hotelului de ce se numeste romantic cand nu are nici macar un tablou cu o inimioară!!

Very basic nothing to do with “ Romantic” I guess you get what you paid for.. Beds with springs and uncomfortable no toiletries shower very old with doors which won’t close properly also the AC leaked on my bed and pillow Staff not very helpful. If you came here get a apartment room with view at the lake very nice! I don’t know about the bed mattress
