Hotel is great. Facilities such as the pool and gym are exceptional. Breakfast was beautiful. But I felt my room and the halls looked a little dated and tired. However, overall a very pleasant stay and would certainly return and stay at this hotel again.

Hôtel Ramada parc fait partie du complexe Ramada qui réuni le Ramada palace et parc ainsi que le Vitaly fitness center. Le Ramada parc est l’ancien hôtel et le palace est le nouveau. J’ai logé dans le parc où les chambres sont bien équipé mais mal insonorisée au niveau du couloir. Le PDJ était bon mais sans changement durant mon séjour de 11 jours. Le point négatif c’est la partie eco responsabilité j’ai demandé plusieurs fois de ne pas me changer les serviettes de toilettes et malgré cela à chaque fois elles ont été changé. Il y a pourtant un écriteau qui est dans la chambre pour faire des eco geste mais ils ne sont respecté par les femmes de ménage. Sinon l’hôtel dans sa globalité est parfait et bien équipé. Si le pack vitality v ça lun n’est pas inclu dans la chambre cela coûte 10€ par jour

The hotel is pretty old, but the room was big enough and clean. The Spa is really nice, all amenities needed for a good relaxation. The breakfast and dishes from the restaurant were pretty good. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel also has free parking.

It was a weekend city break. Impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the reception personnel, which also applies to the rest of the staff. We especially enjoyed the pools, notably the outdoor poolside shower, because we could regulate the temperature!!! We think that the reception area needs some chairs, for tired guests on arrival!!!

Too big building, walking inside a long way to get the room. They have given a smoked room for a family with a child and we had to go back to change the room with a smoke free room. It was the only issue. Apart from this all fine

Place is only problem they closed front 0esk in ramada parc side , so now you have to go check in in the ramada plaza side and walk back to ramada parc to go to your room also long lines now one front desk for 2 hotels!

I was a bit reluctant to book this place after reading ththe complaints after reading negative comments about breakfast, etc. I got a really good deal of £30 per night that included breakfast which was really good with plenty of choices. From eggs, bacon, sausages, cheese all sorts, beans veggies, fruits etc. Good coffee too. There wasn't nothing to complain. Maybe the lack of a system in place as people were not queing and waiting for their turns, it was a bit hectic, but it's Romanian style. Romanians don't like to be organized in such aspects.

The stay was really relaxing. We enjoyed the view, the rooms, with a decor a bit outdated but functional and cozy, the receptions services ( fast, helpful and professional), the spa and the fantastic foods and drinks from the restaurant and bar. What was disappointing was the quality of the breakfast. The stuff was really stressed out, not welcoming and not careful with the guests safety or expectations. The breakfast food could have way better quality, if we think about the average price for a room , ( fresher, more variety or a better selection ) . The sustainability part, unfortunately is something that lacks in the whole country and that affects also the hotel, therefore the scarce vote on that part. However the whole experience was really good in relation to the promotional rate we found and we definitely recommend it. Thank you.
