First of all, the location is great. Oriented to all attractions. It is simple to move around. Second, the rooms are big and tidy. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is beautiful. My room related issue was that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. All the other 4 star hotels I have stayed at had a kettle and mugs. I was disappointed with this. Breakfast was good but very limited. There was only one kind of milk cows milk. There was no alternative. There were three types of eggs and several other cold cuts and vegetables. I loved the aubergine salad that was available almost daily. Again, the bread variety was very limited. There were no brown bread or gluten free options. I would have expected more variety overall from a 4-star hotel. The spa was great. The pool was large and clean and almost always empty while I was there. Only one sauna and steam room worked, but that was not a big deal. I'm not sure if the jacuzzi was in use or not at the time. The reception staff was lovely and polite, and the cleaning staff did a great job every day. Last but not least, the internet worked when it was turned on, but every night it was turned off at 10 pm in the hotel.

We were exhausted, the parking lot was practically full during our stay here, hotel clients and spa customers. The motel is large. The rooms are spacious and tidy. Even though I leave the towels on the hanger, they are changed every day. The bed is excellent, and the sleep is comfortable. There is a spa, but it is in another building with no direct entry from within the hotel, so you have to go outside first. Even guests from outside the hotel use the spa. Breakfast is fairly standard and not many choices, I expected more from a four-star hotel. On Saturday night, there was a wedding at the hotel restaurant. As a result, there was noise all night long! Not what we anticipated!

This time, I opted to stay at the Victoria Hotel once more, reserving for five nights less than five weeks from my previous trip. The hotel's suite is on the second story of the building, and I booked the same type of executive flat as before. As always, the victoria apartments offer excellent value for money. The 30-meter apartment has a very large living area perhaps with a touch of retro-style decor, but lots of room if you want to unwind or work and a very spacious bedroom, with an incredible comfy bed and numerous storage space. The bathroom was also extremely spacious and contemporary, and it had the usual amenities for a star hotel, and it had a massive jacuzzi bath. The degree of cleanliness in the room and the entire hotel is very high, especially during the covid 19 restrictions, and the housekeeping team deserves genuine recognition for their work. I have consistently found the breakfast experience to be the weak link in this hotel. Despite the excellent service provided by the restaurant, the product fell far short of the expectations of the stars. During my recent stay, when I saw that not only were my suggestions being taken into account, but the staff exceeded my expectations, in a pleasant way. The room was big, with clean sheets and the room was clean. I also like the personnel. There are several options for breakfast, but I have seen better in 4 hotels. The rates for reservation of the room are quite expensive.

Hotell Viktoria är OK, nära stadens centrum men skulle ge hotellet 3+ kärnor men inte 4. Frukosten var OK, åt bättre frukost på 3 stjärnig hotell i Brasov. Rummet var bra, lite för hårda sängar - fick ont i ryggen men det är kanske en vanesak beroende på vad man har för hårdhet på sängen hemma. Annars var det rent och fint. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal i receptionen.

Room was clean, staff friendly, and breakfast very good. Excellent location. Parking on site was a plus. There was no AC (despite their claim). Basic items such as glasses in the room, or a pot to make tea/coffee, were lacking. Furniture and carpet were (well) past their prime. This was disappointing for a 4 star hotel.
