The location was great. The rooms are located on 5th floor, no elevator, but easy staircase. We didn’t have to take up and down our luggage, it was taken care of by very friendly personnel. We would stay again here.

Excellent value for money. Although the motel is very charming, there may be five flights of stairs, and from the outside there isn't any oil painting, which made it difficult to locate. The hotel is conveniently located off the main tourist destination shopping street and near to the river tours and the Feudarium. Even though there are five flights of stairs and no lift, they will undoubtedly carry all of your luggage. They were also extremely helpful if our taxi booking didn't pick us up for our journey and made a reservation for us that they followed up when it was slow to arrive.

In October, we stayed in a boutique hotel for four days. I reserved it through application, a large semi-lux with nice furnishings and ambiance. I consulted photos of this suite on application. However, I was upbeat when I opened the door. The dark room without a sofa, the one in the photo on the website, strange architecture and configuration. I asked the receptionist about it, but she said there weren't any more suites available. Very dissatisfied. It is expensive! There was no light on the window during goodbye due to the very tight and slanted walls. The personnel is unprofessional. It appears that some students, retirees, and migrants were hired. When I inquired about an extension cable, the receptionist said, "There is no plug next to the bed," a receptionist quickly agreed. Why? I was only trying to plug my laptop in. Breakfast is acceptable. Additionally, free wifi is available. The location is sufficient. I cannot suggest it for couples and families with 45 stories without an elevator. Only students and quick economy excursions.

The hotel is close to the main sights in the city. The street address refers to a long building with numerous entrances, look for the door past the arch. The room was enough, the breakfast was modest but fair. No telephone in the room, use your own. The only problem arose when a few mixed by my fault, expedite tried to contact them. This is definitely a problem to avoid. Besides, booking directly from the hotel is cheaper.

What a wonderful stay! Excellent position, cosy and clean rooms, and helpful staff. The place is conveniently located near to the scary prospects and the main attractions. But I have one complaint. The bed was too comfortable.

I have to say that this place is very nice. The staff are so kind and considerate. Security can help lift your bag and bring it downstairs. The breakfast is warm and freshly baked croissants and a very comfortable bed. I want to go back to this place again and will definitely choose this hotel again.

Clean, perfect location a few steps from Nevsky, restos, bars, boutiques and metro station, respectful and professional staff. Be aware, there is no elevator !! (4th floor). Tho they will bring all your bags to your room on arrival and departure. If you stay for a long period, the breakfast (always the same) could be boring.

The room was ok. A guy employed by the hotel helped us carrying the luggage. So it was no problem that they don't have an elevator. The breakfast until 11 AM was also ok. It was even possible to eat a little bit longer. The location of the hotel is very good. 3 minutes to Nevskiy Prospekt.

A delightful independent hotel right in the heart of the St. Petersburg tourist zone. Room was comfy if a bit small, e.g., too little space for luggage or (in the bathroom) for toiletries. However, the biggest complaint was that the rooms are 5 flights up, with no elevator to ease the burden. That's the kind of info that Hotels.com should include in its description of the property, not something that is only available to those who take the time to read thru all the reviews.
