I'm extremely grateful to andrew at the front desk for his help. Despite a scheduling mistake, I was there during the World Cup. The room was great and the location is close to everything. Shopping, various restaurants, and cafes are all nearby.

This is my first time staying at this hotel. The hotel itself is excellent, with a good restaurant and attentive staff. But be aware when having a drink at the bar, it is impossible to drink and relax without being disturbed by any of the ladies walking around. I told the waiters on the last visit and was greeted with a grin, but this three-day visit was too much. In all three nights, I was unable to enjoy a relaxed drink at the bar. A shame! I will choose a different hotel on my business trips to it from now. Pets.

The location is close to the city center but not so far from the tourist areas. I could use the pool fully to myself in the morning because it was very yummy. The whole time I was here, I felt like I was living in a fairy tale. The staff took excellent care of me, never giving the impression that I was traveling alone. They made sure the price I paid for taxis wasn't too high, told me where everything was, and treated me like a member of the family. The lodgings were extremely opulent compared to what the same money would buy in Europe or the us. Breakfast was tasty and reminded me of some very tasty dishes that my mother made when I was a young child growing up in Leningrad. The room service was excellent. The bed was cozy, and the view from the balcony was beautiful, especially the sunsets and the churches in the distance. The restaurant was excellent but not overcrowded at all. I also had a great meal at the Grande Belmont, which was good comparison. Next summer, I'll stay here again. You get a lot more here than in a hotel of the big name.

During a business trip, the hotel was perfect for my needs. Suitable bed, spacious room, and a decent bathroom. Although the decor is somewhat outdated, it is a welcome welcome change from the cold, modern business-type hotels that are found around the world. Breakfast was tasty and included pretty much everything you could ask for, including champagne! Will stay here again.
