Thank you. The rooms cleanliness were not as good as a 5 star hotel. The rooms were large but old and dusty, we received an old appliance that wasn't working properly, old furniture and the bathroom was old.

The location of the hotel was great, close to the red square and within walking distance. The staff at this hotel was really helpful and friendly and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The view here was spectacular. The location is great and close to Red Square.

The hotel is in a fantastic position, revealing the Grenlin and its. Basil from the suite. It is worth the journey, though it's a little over the bridge. We stayed in the Grenlin suite, which has some of the finest views, an excellent primary bed, and even a rollaway bed. The bathroom was roomy and luxurious. A sweet touch were complimentary water and wonderful coffee and espresso. Every day, we ate breakfast, and it was plentiful, and everything tasted great. The support was excellent. The only thing we wish they had more fresh squeezed juices. One evening, we also had supper, and my wife thought the chicken dish was the best she had ever had. The kids enjoyed the pool and were very happy with it. The only two things I would improve is to 1. To greet visitors upon arrival in the car, to help with luggage. 2. I would keep the bar lights always on to keep the hotel inside brighter.

The location of the hotel is close to the major museums, Red Square, and the city center. And then, the hospitality that they gave was fantastic, in addition to their attention to their guests. After that, the room had a beautiful view, and I really enjoyed the evening meals here.

I just want to say thank you to Elena Gorbonova for the warm and welcoming kindness. The location of this hotel is great in the city, close to all the major museums, the bridge on the Red Square, and the best view from the rooms over Grmlin and parade park.
