For some reason, I am a big fan of madison hotels because they are original and not boring as most chain hotels. So I planned to visit it. Petersburg. I was very excited that the madison hotel where I will be staying has a theme and is devoted to a famous Russian writer named Dostoevsky. I am an excellent member of Madison and won two upgrades to a large corner room on the ground floor, which was the only thing I enjoyed. Unfortunately, the hotels only restaurant is open until 23.00, which includes room service. Yes, you are correctly, you cannot get anything to eat or drink at the hotel after 23.00. The website does not advertise this, so if I knew about this in advance, I would never have reserved that hotel. Of course, you can order takeaway using local delivery services, but the hotel won't let you heat the food they say is based on local laws. I was ordering drinks twice, and I saw twice that it was prepared by the book by the untrained staff without proper experience. The breakfast I prepaid for the entire 6 days of my stay was below average for that price, and there was not a single dish switched during my long stay. I don't intend to return to this hotel, and I cannot recommend it to anyone traveling to this place. Petersburg.

Thank you for every service of this hotel. We really like this hotel and the location of this hotel, also the sauna. The room was very clean and comfortable, and all requests were fulfilled quickly. Guys at reception were friendly. You helped so much in your trip, many kisses and thanks.

I enjoyed this hotel, and the entire trip. The location is close to excellent bars and restaurants, and the tourist center is easily accessible on foot. Excellent breakfast and friendly service for beverages. This was a very good value for money.

The room is big, with a huge bathroom, but the decor is quite unusual for the hotel industry because the interior design is dark. The room is cold inside, and I would especially like to point out that the bath floor is also cold. The location is a convenient walking path, 15 minutes to the summer garden, sad. There are some groceries nearby. We ordered food through rooms service. It was quick and delicious.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The price was affordable. It has a lovely bar and restaurant. I definitely choose this hotel.
