I would truly suggest this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxed vacation or business trip with no hassles. I checked in and found out that I had arrived a day early, fortunately they had some spare rooms, had me a price that was quite high above what I was expecting to pay, and the person at check-in went to the manager and asked if I could receive a discount, which they did. They gave me a standard room one night and a suite on day 2 as a local football team were staying at the hotel. Everything I requested was satisfied, and even the supper service at the bar could not go unaffected, and the waiter was precise. I've been to it Petersburg several times over the past few years, and now I have located my hotel of choice here after staying at five other hotels with a chain.

We spent one night there. I chose the Renaissance when returning from Moscow, as I wanted to earn points for what would have been an extended stay. I didnt anticipate much, but I was quite pleased. We were upgraded to a really nice suite after the checking process went well. The motel is peaceful and appears to have just undergone renovations. Although the fitness center was adequate, not all of the equipment operated. However, there are a lot of weights for which my son was impressed. The personnel was welcoming, albeit somewhat out of touch. The location was fantastic. The breakfast was excellent. Oomelets, fish, excellent baked goods, drinks, and more. Although I am not particularly a morning eater, that day I was.

This hotel offers excellent value for money in a prime Petrasburg location. If you visit this hotel, I suggest it to everyone. When discovering I'm a titanium elite member, the staff went above and beyond to add a personal touch. Definitely worth the price. If you're visiting Petrasburg, give it a shot.

The rooms were nice and spacious and breakfast was wonderful, especially the buffet breakfast. The only thing I didn't like was the receptionist's unfriendly attitude. I guess it's a Nordic freeze.
