The best hotel service have experienced in my entire life till date. Amazing experience. Super classic. The staffs smile always. And great food. Love them all there. Really awesome. Salute to those staffs working there. Especially, the manger at the front desk called ‘Sergei ‘. He is a gem. One in millions may be. Will always stay there in my future trips.

Das Hotel ist ein kleiner Juwel. Hier stimmt einfach alles: vom sehr freundlichen und professionellen Personal bis zum wunderschönen, sehr komfortablen und großzügigen Zimmer (Junior Suite). Russo Ball is the perfect hotel for pleasure! Located in the middle of the city, and easy access to everywhere in town, this is the place to be. It is quiet and centered. In a historic building. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff speaks English, especially the check-in, concierge, and wait staff we had a fantastic room on the second floor. It was big and spotless clean. Every detail was taken care of. When I returned, I would not even think about staying anywhere else. We could have lived in the hotel for a week.

The service here was first-rate, especially for the helpful and courteous staff who made you feel comfortable and they even made our whole experience more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and tastefully cooked. The room was spacious, comfortable, and immaculate, with a charming Art Deco style. The design here was really unique, especially with the simple, organic Russian and European food.

This hotel is conveniently located near gremlin, Gothic Park, and most of the top cultural institutions and restaurants. The hotel is very luxurious but stylish and has nice art deco design and high ceilings. The staffs were very friendly and friendly. The downside is the pricey and bad breakfast.

I contacted the intorussia tourist agency in london to find me a hotel as close as possible to the pushing museum. Intorussia answered endless inquiries and called Russia to find information for me. The Russian Hotel was the only hotel near the pushing. It was five stars and only charged 592 for three nights, which is much lower than a five star hotel in most capital cities. The bed was comfortable and I was effectively a suite with a bathroom, bedroom, and sitting area opening out of the bedroom. I have a mobility disability and use a mobility scooter. Unfortunately there isn't a ramp from the street up to the hotel entrance, but staff helped me in bringing my scooter in and out of the hotel. Because of difficulties maneuvering a scooter around the breakfast buffet, they agreed to my request to deliver my breakfast to my room at no additional charge. The breakfast was very excellent and very good value porridge, refer to fresh fruit, freshly squeezed orange or apple juice, omelette, etc. I did not eat at the restaurant. However, outside the hotel, which has its own garden with shady trees, it was very hot while I was there with a waiter to take orders. I would especially recommend the coffee and the pistachio ice cream. Both the push museum and the hotel are located on a road surrounded by cafes, restaurants,

Endroit calme, boutique hôtel. Personnel très gentil et serviable, mais l’hotel Est démodé, la cuisine ferme à 21h30, il n’y a pas vraiment de bar et un lobby inexistant. Donc pas d’esprit « boutique hôtel » malgré seulement 20 chambres. Adresse correcte cependant, chambres confortables et grandes. Le Kremlin est à 10 minutes à pied.

Bella struttura d'epoca a 10-15 minuti a piedi dal Cremlino. Camera molto confortevole, grande, con alti soffitti, pulita; idem il bagno. La prima colazione è varia e di qualità, anche se bisogna indicare la sera precedente cosa si vuol mangiare l'indomani; mi raccomando la puntualità (si deve specificare anche la fascia oraria), altrimenti i pancakes saranno freddi! Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'attiguo e comunicante ristorante (ci è stato detto solo all'ultimo, la sera del 31/12, e non al momento della prenotazione con il personale dell'hotel, che non accettavano pagamenti con carta di credito, almeno per gli alcolici, il che ci ha costretto ad andare a mangiare altrove), ma - seppur grave per un albergo di questo livello - ciò non muta il giudizio più che positivo
