Beautiful Hotel nestled right in the middle of the Action. Comfortable rooms, well fitted with good amenities. Bathrooms and Showers as per expectation. Good layout and fresh look.

I like so far the property, the only thing was that one day we ordered room service and the food came 1:30 hours later and cold, We ordered most of the times room service and expect them 45 minutes later even tho they salid 20 minutes, that was the only bad thing and they are having some construction and you can hear the noise.

very close to the metro and kremlin , also a few minutes walk Gorky park and some restaurants , the place also have nice meals , and was very clean , I will recommended ,

The location is good, close to the red square, convenient for sign scene seeing and shopping. The room is new and clean. Reception staffs are very helpful with good English. It is a good choice for visiting Moscow!

the place was very close to Red square , and also to a train station , was easy to arrived , all was very proper and the staff was very helpful , property was nice and quiet , I will be back next week :) I will highly recommended this place :)

Nice place, very well located, close to the center and near to restaurants. Superior rooms are more spacious. Serivice is really nice. Solved our special requests. Guys in the reception speak several languages. The only "but" is that for breakfast you have to move to a different place in the nearby.

Location is a short walk to the popular Red Square. Staff went out of their way to help and had excellent English. Amenities included everything you could think of, plus the staff gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne to ring in the new year! Thanks for an excellent stay, will be back again for sure.

4일간 지내면서 붉은광장에 있는 지하철역을 많이 이용했는데 호텔에서 도보로 10분정도 걸리는 위치에 있어 이동하기 편했고 붉은광장과 크렘린 등등 관광명소도 걸어서 10분내로 갈 수 있어 좋았어요!!! (호텔어서 1-2분 걸어나오면 스타벅스도 있고 성 바실리 성당도 보여요!!)또 공항에서 오고 갈 때 novokuznetskaya역을 이용했는데 이 역또한 10분내로 갈 수 있어서 편했어요 또한 최근에 지어졌기에 호텔이 깔끔했고 호텔직원분들도 친절했으며 영어를 하시는 분들도 있어 의사소통하는데 있어 어려움이 없었어요!!!!

God placering, gå afstand til det Røde Torg og Kreml. Venlig og imødekommende personale. Fint værelse og god seng. Ingen restaurant på hotellet, morgenmaden bestilles fra menu kort og skal spises på værelset. Kvaliteten dog rigtig fin.

Posizione centrale, vicino alla piazza rossa e a un quartiere piacevole e vivace. Anche la tretyakov non è lontana . Nel complesso comodo silenzioso. Stanza comoda forse un po' troppo calda nonostante avessimo regolato la temperatura al minimo. Ci sono lavori in corso ma quasi non li abbiamo sentiti forse perché era un periodo festivo. Personale gentile. Non abbiamo usato la colazione francamente troppo cara. Vicino ci sono tanti caffè.

"+": Теплый пол в ванной комнате; Чистота "-": - Неудобное спальное место (очень жесткий матрас и ужасные подушки); -Слышимость; - Посредственный завтрак по меню (блюда на завтрак выбираются при заселении). Порции блюд ооочень маленькие. Было невкусно. На мой взгляд, завтрак не стоит своих денег.

The hotel itself is really nicely furnished and in a very good location. However my stay was marred by construction work that ran throughout the day and night (until at least 1am) that the hotel allegedly has no control over. The upper floors of the hotel are still under construction so I didn't fully believe that the noise was all from the neighbours as the staff told me. The hotel staff were however apologetic for the disruption but I think that the hotel/hotels.com need to make it clearer at the point of booking that there is construction work going on in the building; if I had known this I would not have booked this hotel. I travel for business mainly and ultimately I look for two things in a hotel; cleanliness and quietness. Sadly the Viewpoint Hotel only fulfilled one of those things. When the construction has finished I'm sure this is going to be a great hotel to stay at.

This was an unpleasant stay at a moderate hotel. Although it is very well placed in a very good area, everything else at the hotel was very moderate, the internet was useless, I asked for my room to be cleaned, they would not do it over 4 days. When I stayed you could not drive up to the door because of road works, but that did not matter but the lack of leadership and attention to the guests was a problem.
