This is a nice place with a pleasant view, beautiful view of the hill and big room with a balcony and large bathroom with a good cubic shower. There's a good terrace with a pool and view of the hill. It's a big hotel associated with Christianism.

Although very basic, the rooms are big and fairly tidy. The toilet is functional. The view from my room was spectacular, with a lovely pool. But, it turned out that the hotel employees have not been adequately trained for their jobs. The only restaurant staff provided the worst service, and the front desk couldn't satisfy even the most basic requests. Took forever to obtain the simplest continental breakfast, and the dinners were worse.

This hotel is very big, it is a hotel associated with Christian missionaries and no alcohol is served. The rooms are spacious, clean, and also free wifi. When we arrived for dinner at the Rp, they were unable to serve us dinner but after an hour they only served us some vegetables and fries. If you want to eat here, come on time. But the breakfast was great.

Dove hotel has a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Hosting the grd edition of our international conference in Dove was a great bonus. Professional services, flexible and understanding management team, perfect meal for foreigners. I will use this hotel again and again if I have another opportunity. I strongly recommend to tourists to rwanda.

At the conclusion of a weeklong gorilla trekking excursion, we stayed here. Because the hotel is on a hill top, we had a pleasant view, and the room was quite cozy. The bathrooms and bed were very comfortable and spotless. The on-site restaurant was the only disappointment. When we arrived, we had to find someone to assist us and it took us an hour and a half to get our food. When we came, the chicken skewers were damaged and moist. The main complaint was that we had to wait for someone to serve us while we were seated.

This is a smart hotel in a nice part of Kigali. I liked the size of the room and the gold trim on the ceiling gave it a Regal feel. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was nice. The swimming pool was a good size. I enjoyed the surrounding area as there were lots of retail outlets around and I had my hair cut at a local saloon. The hotel is within walking distance of the Genocide Memorial and the whole place is very picturesque.

It has a great view. I arrived a day earlier than the group, but I had to pay for my own taxi, a higher rate than the group rate plus I had trouble getting drinking water in my room.

Horrible treatment from staff as payment was not received from hotels.com. Staff too incompetent to query this with their provider and denied access to my room. Was made to feel like a criminal despite having a confirmed booking reservation that was paid for. They should have never made a billing dispute with hotels.com the problem of a guest. Food service is very slow. Airconditioning did not work and no effort was made to repair it. Shower head keeps falling off and hits you in the head. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at
