I had a wonderful stay at Sunset Shores. I arrived early and was warmly welcomed with a refreshing cocktail, setting the tone for a relaxing visit. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. Wearing a Jamaica T-shirt at dinner, I was delighted when they told me the chef was Jamaican too, and I had the chance to meet him. It was a thoughtful touch that made me feel right at home. The food was well prepared and presented with care. The grilled mushrooms were a standout, and the full breakfast each morning was excellent. My room was comfortable with a lovely partial sea view overlooking the pool. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and I slept very well. The overall setting was peaceful and perfect for unwinding. The beachfront was relaxing, with boats at anchor and beautiful views of Young Island. While it may not be Negril, the sunsets on a clear evening are very impressive. What impressed me most was the hospitality. A member of the wait staff remembered I had been coughing the previous day and took the time to ask how I was feeling when they noticed I sounded much better. That level of genuine care is rare and memorable. One tip for visitors: you may need to bring a power adapter, as the rooms use 240V three-prong UK-style outlets. Although I stayed only two nights, the beautiful setting, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service left a lasting impression. I would happily recommend Sunset Shores to anyone.

Amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was so nice and attentive. I had the oceanfront view and it couldn't be better to wake up to the waves and the scenery it offered. Loved it, will def stay again. It's not all inclusive but prices are reasonable. Property kept intact everything was perfect.

This property is exactly what I was looking for. The staff was friendly and welcoming, my accommodations spacious and comfortable, the beach access could not have been easier, the property was quiet, with plenty of activities for guests/families, the restaurant/lounge was only a step away, and breakfast was lovely. It was a lovely time , staff friendly and very helpful. Had no issues, they kept us updated on the happenings, specially the drought causing changes in water pressure etc. Overall, I will stay again. Beautiful facility and it's a nice distance from alot of activities and nothing beats access to the beach.

The room was a bit outdated but if you’re a traveller that is just in the room to sleep, it works well. The front desk were really nice! I find the staff for food + bar to be really slow. Ordered coffee and a bagel with cream cheese for breakfast before heading to the beach and I’m pretty sure the staff forgot until I had to go and re order again and wait another 20 mins Good thing is the place is close to the beach which is also close to the boardwalk to catch the ferry to young island

The hotel is beside the beach so it gives you direct access to the beach. The hotel itself it’s a little outdated, I had a hard time charging my phone inside the hotel. Staff were nice and polite. The hotel was clean.

I went with a large group. Very nice hotel, some rooms were renovated, some were dated and needed help. Food options were limited and a bit pricey but it’s a short walk to other nearby food spots that are open late. Overall it was nice for the cost. Staff was ok, Manager was nice. I will return.

Standard 3 star hotel. Bathroom can be updated but hot showers with good water pressure was perfect! Food at restaurant was good but pricey similar to the US. Small pool but walk out to the beach was excellent. You can walk along the sand to get to other restaurants on the beach. WiFi and air conditioning worked well with no issues. Highly recommend a rental car to get around the small island.
