Comfortable stay for a family. The staff is very friendly. The room is very clean and spacious. The hotel is close to the airport, we were able to rest well after our long flight.

Very good hotel. Excellent quality of the rooms! A couple of (very) small things; 1. The Pool is only open between 8am and 4pm, which is a little tight 2. The Shopping Mall is walkable (some hotel staff say it's not) - but you need to be creative/patient with the traffic! 3. This is very close to the final approach of Jeddah Airport - and you will hear planes in the middle of the night. Other than that, it's an excellent hotel and very reasonably priced.

Everything was fine until after I checked out. Requested a cab from the hotel. They charged me beforehand only for the cab driver to take us to the wrong airport terminal. Then had to hire another cab driver and pay him an additional 100 SAR to get me to the right terminal. Poor communication between front desk and driver.

I truly dont give hotel reviews as if you come to 5 stars you expect 5 star and thats it. Normally things are not 100%, but that is travel and we need to make sure we dont become the karens of the industry. Except when i came to this hotel in jeddah! Wow, ive been blown away by any standard, its close to the airport, and the decoration is stunning all top quality materials. Its as though you are entering a royal palace. The rooms are enormous, with amazing decoration and amenities, hightech, fully connected, including lights and blinds. Everything is up to date. Food was delicious. Breakfast was truly multi cuisine and would satisfy any taste. Very friendly staff and wishing ill have more time to sit and enjoy the treatment. This is tastier place that he will return to whenever mr. Casablanca hotel did incredibly well.

The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean, nice, and comfortable. There is a safety box as well as ltnw wlTm i llnzf@. Toilet size is fine, the location is good. Service is excellent. Restaurant and breakfast buffets are one of the best in jeddah.

I came here as part of a layover in jeddah. And it was incredibly good. The checkin process was simple and the staff was very helpful. Rooms are quiet, clean and wellappointed. I could get room service very late which was great since i arrived on tee flight late. Breakfast buffet was the highlight - the food was soo good! Highly recommended.
