I like the modern style of the hotel. Very nice, quiet, clean. Close to everything I need. Food is good. Hard boiled eggs are EASY to peal ... you do not find that at every hotel you go to .... sadly.

土地勘がなかったので立地がよいのかわかりませんでしたが、徒歩１０分弱でメトロの駅もあったので場所は悪くないと思います。ホテル自体は日本のビジネスホテル並みで可もなく不可もなし。

The room temperature was very cold The night front desk staff was rude when I asked to adjust The heat in the room. The concierge (don’t know his name) was getting loud saying he doesn’t have my bag when I asked for it and when he got it he tore the tags off of it and walked away. Super rude. Probably won’t stay here again.

Complaint Letter - Elaf Qinwan Hotel Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Unprofessional and Disrespectful Treatment at )ناونق فاليإ قدنف( Elaf Qinwan Hotel Dear Elaf Qinwan Hotel Management, I am writing to formally express my deep frustration and disappointment with the experience my family and I had during our recent stay at your hotel. After traveling a long distance with my wife, son, and brother-in-law, we arrived at your hotel exhausted and expecting basic courtesy and professionalism. Instead, we were met with hostility and unacceptable behavior from your front desk staff. The woman handling check-in was extremely rude, gave us unpleasant and dismissive looks, and made us wait for over 30 minutes without any explanation or apology. When I attempted to raise this issue with a manager who was walking by, he asked me where I was from. After I answered, he simply proceeded to check me in and ignored everything I said about the staff member’s behavior. Shockingly, the manager then said to me: “I’m the manager here, and I can tell you to get your money back and get up out of here.” This statement is deeply unprofessional, offensive, and disrespectful — especially coming from someone in a leadership position.
