The worst and dirtiest hotel ive ever seen. The place is like a public market. There are no rules, chaos and noise everywhere. There is no interest in cleanliness and sterilization. The smell of the room and the hotel in general is very bad. When i entered the room, i found leftover food on the floor, the water kettle is full of rust and dirt, the sheets are dirty and the air conditioner is noisy. The window doesnt close, there are cockroaches in the bathroom, and the fire alarm in the hallways rings continuously all day, making it impossible to sleep. I waited more than 4 hours after arriving to settle my room, so my children fell asleep on the floor from the fatigue of travel. The situation is disastrous and i do not recommend it at all.

Layanannya lengkap.

This place is quite good quality and price compared to hotels in mekkah. However, the mattresses need to be replaced because the springs just pinched my back. The food is not very good, the waiters are rude. The receptionist is very kind. The cleaning management is very good and kind.

This place is a good building, but the service is subpar.

Overall, the experience was enjoyable, with excellent accommodations and proximity to the haraam. However, the breakfast options were limited, as they primarily consisted of indonesian cuisine and the portions were quite small. A more diverse and substantial offering would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Very close to the mosque nabawi. The room is clean and tidy. There is free parking. Good air conditioning. Flatscreen tv is available. Very quiet and peaceful. Clean bathroom with soaps, shampoo and towels along with a hairdryer. Hot water.

Meskipun kamarnya kecil, tapi cukup nyaman. Staf selalu siap membantu.

This hotel is of very good quality and price compared to other hotels in mekkah. However, the mattresses need to be changed as the springs just pinched my back. 3 minutes from the mosque food not so good. The waiters are rude. Very nice receptionist. Cleaning management is very well and kind.
