Alhamdulillah, Hotel management and staff were really supportive. They allow late check in and arrange my travel from Madina to Mecca. Though room's furniture and interior was old but it is ok because it is budget friendly. From prophet mosque 15 to 18 min walking distance.

The room was very near, tidy and well equiped. The staf starting at reception was very caring, byk giving me tissue and water when he noticed me with cough and dlu. I also want to give highest apreciation to a staff named Mahmoud or Mohammad Shazan (Bengali) who took me to the room and straight came back again bringing me pills for me without asking something in return although i offered him money. You should maintain kind of this person on your team. Don't let him ago anyawa, best wishes for him in the future

Stay was ok .. walk from the hotel to the mosque is 20-25 minutes .. we had two rooms, the bigger of the rooms was ok, clean large and air con was fine, we even had a balcony. hotel was old and tired but did the job, some of the electric work needs looking at as it's quite poor. There is a fridge and kettle The other oom we had was small but also did the job, don't think may people would approve of the toilet in the smaller room, as mentioned the hotel needs to be ripped out and re done, lift was old and annoying and small but did the job. The hotel manager was really nice, we did have to ask for towels on more then one occasion, we used Uber to order taxis as the walk was too far to the Prophets Mosque it's definitely not 10 minutes more 20 minutes plus, area around is run down, this hotel world suit somebody on a tight budget.

I’m sorry the apartment is not good at all as you have described in the website. Also the hotel stinks and found not healthy to live in this condition and also there was no someone to help and no sign of the hotel on the wall someone just came and collected the money there was receptionist basically the hotel is not worth the money at all and I’m giving minus one for vote condition wise is disgusting
