Fantastic. Great hotel. I've stayed at the Marriott also which is a nice hotel, but it's way too far off the beaten path. The Mena is a hidden Gem. there's a really cool restaurant very close by. It's called submarino . very funky kind of like being at Disneyland, but I'm telling you the food is really really good. The only negative that I can think of might be the business center printer kind of sucks and I'm pretty sure the computer put a virus on my thumb drive. Maybe step up that (business services) game a little bit. Get a better printer. also, a couple times nobody spoke much English at all. Overall though, this is my favorite Hotel. We sit outside and drink coffee or take a walk. I can even walk to the Tamimi Market if I need something. I ate at the restaurant just about every day. I think it's great. As long as they have hummus and nice salad options I'm a fan. One time I came back after a couple months in the manager of the restaurant recognized me and said welcome back. That was unusual.

Mike and Mohd Ali are very professional and helpful towards us. Thank you for their excellent service. However their wifi needs much improvement. The wifi in both the room and the lobby can be unstable at times and tends to drop every now and then. But the professional and personalised service rendered by their staff is exceptional. We are won over by the hotel staff's sincerity. A good hotel for business!

I stayed for three nights without anybody asking me to pay which has never happened with me before . Taxis always available outside the hotel. Next to Faisalieh mall (5 minutes walk which is very convenient) and close to clients. Business area.

It was an “OK” stay. Booked a last minute night and it was the best of the available. Needs a little bit of TLC, the receptionist was a very helpful guy. I won’t nevessa stay there again unless it’s one of the few options available .

Acceptable price for business trip but services are not good as it was. Internet is unstable, receptionist is not really friendly and Room Service asking for paying directly every times I order while restaurant and coffee shop still accept signed to the room and pay at checkout time?!

The room I was initially given smelled like an ashtray and had stains all over the table. The bathroom floor was wet, the ac was making a squeaking sound and the room phone had no dial tone to even speak to reception. Second room was ok- but its a very old hotel (and ac is too loud in general)

Unfortunately front desk staff not professional and well educated to handle such position, property was not clean at all, even the mattress was full with bed bugs, tea Katie extremely dirty. Last thing the giving room not the same booked room through expedia web site and when I rise up my complaint, I received very un professional feedback as well. It seems once payment done no longer your voice will reach out anyone.

Comportable but can't trust. When I stay here first time, I made reservation before I come but when I arrived, they said they are full booked and I should go to other hotel as they introduce. I was so upset because that was late night. Anyway, after waiting 30minutes, I could stay in this hotel because someone suddenly checked out. This time, I arrived 2AM in the hotel and they, again, said they are full booked. So they send me to the another hotel in 2AM. I really want them to remember that the reservation is promise. If they ignore this promise so easily, why should I choose here and how can I trust them?
