I would recommend it and will return. I am not giving it a 5 star rating, but it's fine. Not attractive or glamorous, but nice, clean, and not dingy or disappointing. My room was adequate. Comfortable with all the usual amenities. Excellent WiFi and hot water, which are two things I care about. The staff was helpful and friendly. Helping me get this and print my boarding pass and other things. Unfortunately, the restaurant and cafe were not operational when I was there, but there are many places close by. The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is steps from the historic centre and close to a ton of restaurants, cafes, and shopping. There is lots to do. Other areas I visited in Judah were not pedestrian-friendly. It isn't cheap, but I don't think much in Judah is, and I think the cost was fair.

The location was perfect, but the service was also excellent and the team was helpful. We will definitely come back here again for leisure and business.

The location was great. The staff was so kind and well-organized. The rooms were very clean. They have great facilities and kits. Excellent food with excellent quality and room service. The best customer service. Everything is fully equipped.

The red sea palace is a hotel that's a bit outside of its prime but still well serviced, and it is less costly than the glittering luxury hotels that line the corniche road away from the city center. Its greatest advantage is that it is one of the few comfortable lodgings close to the unscolisted world heritage old town. The room was spacious, had excellent WiFi, and had bathroom amenities up to date, though I must mention two flaws. When I arrived at night there was no toilet paper in the room, but fortunately, there wasn't a need for it until the next day, when I had pleaded with the room attendant down the hallway for a roll. Also, one of the rolling wheels on the desk chair had not been properly attached, so the chair overturned on me. When I pointed this out to the room staff, he immediately replaced the incorrect chair with another guest room, which solved the problem. Some hotel staff members were warm and helpful. Some of the front desk appeared chilly and unimpressed to be there. I should also mention that it wasn't a bustling lobby, but on my third day in Judah, I began seeing real European tour groups. Since I did not encounter such people at the red sea palace, I was curious where they lived.
