Mysk touch is a very pleasant hotel in madinah. The staff was amazing and it seems that every interaction is done with genuine care. Arrival experience is by far the best among hotels ive stayed in mecca and madinih. Thank you to the duty manager who checked us in, the housekeeping manager from lombok, and his housekeepers (to name ten sharul - i think), belldesk staff, restaurant manager, chef and restaurant staff. Thanks for all your care and concerns. You made our stay great. If able, ill give you 10 stars. I didnt regret my decision because it was the greatest decision he made. Im grateful. The hotel is wellmaintained and clean, the rooms are very comfortable and tidy. We only stayed one night, but we were very happy with the service provided. The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially yousef and abdel rahman at the reception. I highly recommend the hotel to everyone.4.8/514 Aug 2024

A clean and comfortable hotel with a nice breakfast selection. The rooms and bathrooms are of standard size. Haram view rooms have an unbeatable view. Only downside is that the back of the toilet in these rooms faces Qiblah. Very close to the haram section, ladies courtyard visits at door 2 and rawdah bookings at doors 37. Ladies salaaha door is ten minutes walk away, with door 13 being the closest. Excellent service. Really helpful and friendly staff. Any requests are met immediately. The staff at mysk touch are very caring and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. I received vip treatment and am very grateful. Thank you, it will never be enough. Excellent personnel and hotel. The entire hotel staff, especially mr. Abu Shahin, are outstanding, efficient, and perform their duties with exceptional professionalism. He is such a wonderful and exceptional man. At any time, he is willing to assist you with grins. It was in an excellent location just ten meters from the masjid nabawi. Everything was spotless, pleasant, spacious, offering excellent service. I was quite pleased with my wifes stay. These memorable moments in my life will always be something i will never forget, but we intend to return for fewer visits in the future. Mysk is located across the haram. The rooms have an amazing view of the river and are located directly across from the water. Had breakfast and dinner and the food was very good with a nice variety. Staff are friendly and food is excellent. A must stay if you are in madinah.4.8/513 Dec 2023

We stayed here for 4 nights with our family. We were given a room with haram view. Such s tastiest hotel very clean and the service was also great. Its location is the best just across the street from gate 305. Breakfast was included in our package and it was really good. They have quite yawn and everything is fresh. The rooms are on the level of a fivestar hotel. It merits gaining esteem. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting madina. Special thanks go out to tahire, khokon, and soleman from housekeeping for their kindness and expertise. My mother and sister have stayed here. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, our agent booked us a city view but we changed it to harm view for extra money, the location is so close for men but it takes ages for women to walk. Food is not very good. I see they have the same boring menu every day and honestly dont like their food. So for food i give 2 stars but for location and service it is 5 stars.4.8/58 Apr 2023

I really enjoyed this hotel. Very close to haram. The cleanliness is very good, the breakfast is delicious and all staff are very friendly and polite. Ridoy khan was served in our room. We spent four nights at this hotel. We couldnt sleep because we had very noisy neighbors all over the hallway for the two nights we stayed there. After that, we complained to the front desk, and i must commend the entire staff and manager for quickly resolving the issue so that there were no issues for our next two evenings. The staff is excellent, especially the woman who works here during the day. Youll need to take a short stroll to pray because the hotel is in pristine condition, but its fine. Everything was quite clean and fragrant, the personnel was also friendly, breakfast was good, there werent many options, yet it was adequate and delicious. From 1st to 5th of february, i stayed here. It was a wonderful stay. Mr. Yusof attended the front desk very well. The dinner buffet was excellent. Excellent service from the restaurant staff, including mr. Suhail and the big man from egypt, sorry, didnt get the name. Fantastic room with haram view. I recommend this hotel to all visitors to the holy city of madinah.Location

Starting 10th June 2025, all pilgrims must book their accommodation in advance at the licensed and approved hotels by the Ministry of Tourism of Saudi before applying for an Umrah visa. All accommodation contracts must be submitted electronically through the Nusuk Masar platform for verification and confirmation. The visa application can be processed once the accommodation is confirmed.
