Novotel in the uk was never appealing to me, I always saw it as a rubbish budget hotel. That is until I stayed in Novotel Makkah. Firstly just the aesthetics alone are luxury. Never would you associate this type of hotel with basic or budget. I could not believe Novotel could have these types of hotels like the 1 in Makkah. The food is something spectacular but what makes this hotel the best I’ve ever stayed in, in my 40mins of life was the staff. I cannot be more grateful and humbled by the generosity, kindness and attention to detail that the staff

The rooms were very spacious, extremely clean and staff are brilliant! The prayer room is very good, equipped with Qur'an, has clean carpets and sofas as well. The restaurant is very big, much to choose from!

Great hotel and great staff members. I came during a very busy time in Ramadan, but the front desk team did their best to facilitate check-in for my group. On a special note, I would like to thank the property for going above and beyond in helping us recover a pair of earrings we had accidentally left in the room. Their honesty, efficiency, and care truly stood out. Overall, a wonderful experience with exceptional service — I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel parfait, le personnel hyper a l'écoute, grand remerciement a Enas qui a facilité mon Check-in. Autrement le check-in se fait hyper tard. Pour vous éviter de devoir attendre l'après-midi pour faire votre check-in. Heureusement que Enas était la, très à l'écoute! Merci beaucoup!! Je pense que je reviendrai dans cet établissement!
