Amazing service. I called to check in early, and i was given the opportunity to do so. The receptionist was exceptional. While our room was being prepared, they allowed us to explore the pool and other areas. Amazing facilities, bathroom, swimming pool, room, etc.

This hotel is among the best in jeddah. The rooms are clean, the service is good, prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly. There is a swimming pool and cafe on the roof. Pool open from 9 am to 5 pm. Cafe open until 12 am. Parking is free.

They have a lovely rooftop with samy pool and terrace, which is ideal for letting me down because it is quiet most of the time. The concierge and receptionist are both quite pleasant. It is also about 15 minutes from the new airport for international flights and the haramain train terminal. I had originally asked about late checkout and was told it would be charged at 15 k rupiah per hour. This was the response from an Egyptian woman who was normally invisible. On the day before my flight, i asked again and informed them that if ive been able to check in, then he will confirm the checkout details. She ignored me unless you couldnt speak arabic, so ill just avoid her and wait for the others to be available. When emailed back, she said it was okay there wasnt reserving, but it cost 25 mr per hours. That seems yucky, in my opinion, as she changed the price and confirmed there werent any reservations after mine. As presently / l needed to get ready for my trip, im glad opined. Just frankly, regarding latecheckout fees.

The towels are dirty, and the receptionist is not cooperative with the exception of meteb alqarni who is very kind and polite. If i visit again, it will be for him and he will bring my own towels.
