Didekorasi dengan penuh cita rasa, layanan hebat, dan resepsionis yang sangat baik. Saya sangat mementingkan tempat tidur yang bagus karena saya memiliki masalah punggung. Di sini saya bisa tidur nyenyak dan bangun tanpa rasa sakit. Saya juga tidak mengerti ulasan buruknya. Hotel lain memiliki furnitur yang sangat ketinggalan jaman, tidak bersih, dan juga mahal.

Pengalaman buruk! Saya menginap di hotel ini, tidak ada listrik di kamar saya, AC tidak bisa dinyalakan dan pengering rambut tidak bisa digunakan dan tentunya lampu tidak bisa dinyalakan. Setelah berjam-jam uji coba, teknisi bangun pada pukul 10 malam di dalam ruangan tanpa menyelesaikan masalah. Kamar tidak ada listrik sepanjang waktu sampai saya check out dan resepsionis mengatakan kepada saya bahwa mereka tidak akan mengembalikan uang saya. Pengalaman yang mengerikan, sama sekali tidak direkomendasikan. Staf kasar dan tidak ramah. Ini bukan cara kami memperlakukan pelanggan!

Hotel ini sangat sulit dalam hal desain, perabotan, fasilitas dan material. Sangat mewah namun kendalanya adalah pada pelaksanaan dan pemeliharaannya. Air di kamar mandi meluap dan kurangnya peralatan di beberapa kamar. Penerimaan sangat baik dan staf ramah. Hotel ini kurang pengelolaan yang cermat untuk menghindari kekurangan yang mudah diatasi.
