From arrival to check out, service at the hotel was excellent. Rooms and all public areas were clean and very well kept. Staff were friendly & welcoming. Free shuttle service to the Haram or 15 minute walk. Lots of lovely shops around. Budget friendly & I would highly recommend.

Room was very clean and the staff were so courteous and always open to help. Tons of shops and food right next to the hotel which was lovely. Food was really delicious as well. Wasn’t far to Haram when you take the hotel shuttle bus. Although, the shuttle bus drivers take a lot of time to arrive and when they arrive they waste time before leaving which is quite annoying.

Overall hotel was good but staff has to be more attentive in customer service, surrounding areas shopping, dinning is very near by the hotel.

Staff were extremely rude, especially the hotel manager and young man that works at the reception. The cards to the rooms kept on giving issues and we constantly stop working. Toilet could be kept a lot cleaner and upgraded.

Is about 15 minutes walk to the haram. Don't bother taking the bus. Could get there sooner walking. In a very busy area, lots of shops and restuarants around. Noisy in the hotel too. Breakfast is very very basic.

- clean hotel - awful haram bus service. Very unreliable and not as frequent as the other hotel providers. Otherwise about a 30min walk to the haram - housekeeping woke me up aggressively daily despite using my ‘do not disturb’ switch which seemed to not have been working.
