It will not be long before the arrival of the baby. During our two nights in a crying baby next door, we can hear it. The front desk staff member suggested we may change rooms when we spoke to her. Even when there was no one using the restroom all day, the bathroom smelled strongly. The personnel in the morning rushed in because the door to the neighbor's house was jammed and the only way to enter was through my room. They arrived three unexpected times in the morning. There is no remorse. Every day, breakfast is extremely cold. Even when ordering an omelet, they take it out of the ready-made storage, and it becomes extremely cold over time. The 4 days we spent there, scrambled eggs and beans made us feel uncomfortable. The location is amazing. It is ideal for men because it is close to a rowdy entry. It is quite hard to use the lifts in women.

Although not as large as in the images, the room was still very clean. The lighting here was also terrible. The windows in the room were very dirty so you could hardly see. The bathroom and room were both very clean, plus free wifi with a good connection.

In september 2022, I completed my OMR and spent five nights here. The hotels is incredibly pleasant and I believe it offers the greatest value for money in the marina. The hotel is on the first level, facing Haram Malaysia, so you literally cross the street and are there. You can see al-Haram if you get a room on the street or on the top floor, mine was nine the level. The rooms are spotless and have a minibar kettle and water bottles provided. I think the rooms are well-insulated, so noise levels are adequate. The bedrooms are very clean, and they have a mini bar kettle and water bottles. Cons The rooms are very small and I was on my own, so the room was best for one person and it took two, but above that, it will get extremely crowded. Because housekeeping is overloaded, they skipped cleaning my room until I complained to reception, so they sent me a guy at 11 a.m., so I did not let him in. The following day, I had to tip the housekeeping guys, and my room was finished. Mattresses are really hard, I had no problem with that since I considered it as a treatment for any backache I might have, but others and other reviews complained about it, so do not book if you cannot sleep on a firm mattress. We went to Medina with a group and stayed 4 nights at this hotel, which is located next to the Haram which is literally right outside the front door and into Haram. The facilities were good good food and the room was comfortable with a big size. Thank you to everyone at this hotel
