In actuality, the hotel is immaculate and wellorganized, and the rooms are comfortable. However, when you call, there is no one to answer or assist you. There is zero room service or reception response.

This hotel is suitable for families visiting almasjid an-Nabawi. The cleanliness of the hotel was good, the room was spacious and comfortable for a family or group. They have friendly staff and if you want to go to the mosque, you can use the shuttle service. There are many options for breakfast. Very polite front desk staff. Room amenities include free wifi. 5 minutes drive from haram.

The hotel and its staff were excellent. Al Masjed al Nabawi was accessible by a shuttle service at the hotel. Ali, the manager, contacted me when the motel learned i had forgotten my money and took me to the airport to deliver it.

The room was excellent. It was a very pleasant stay. However, there is room for improvement in terms of shuttle arrangements for Haram, perhaps with more capacity.

The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly. Buses to haram must be available 24 hours a day. This place is far from haram. Construction work is going on these days, so no straight road to the hamam can be used.

The location of this hotel is very close to the haram. The staff is also very good. Room service was very quick, transport on prayer times available to and from haram.

This is a very nice hotel, it is modern and clean. The staff is great and the room is comfortable and spacious. However, there are some drawbacks such as the hot water in the shower and how far the hotel is from the masjid ennabawi due to work in town, but the hotels shuttle service is available before and after each prayer.
