Just to post this review, i had to fly back to england because the internet is so terrible. I have a 1 mbps internet image. They demolish the buildings internet and persuade you to purchase their data. The breakfast is noisy and crowded, the food is old and has the appearance of being microwaved the next day. Every day ive made extra dua this hotel served wholesome breakfast, and im happy to say that it tasted worse than ever. You might as well be quick. One positive aspect is that its fairly close to al qawi and al mosque. Inshallah, please dont stay at this motel and experience this. Enjoy your umrah and hajj.

The hotel is excellent but in need of renovation. Within a reasonable distance of the holy mosque, however, the customer service is appalling. Breakfast was once fantastic, but the quality and variety have declined dramatically. I would only stay here because of its location, otherwise, there are many more options.

The masjid nabawi is conveniently located around ten minutes away, making it conveniently close by. The personnel are courteous and knowledgeable about bahasa indonesia, which contributes to good communication. Ill rate it 6 out of 10. The food was delicious, the services were decent, and the rooms i ordered were quite roomy. Although ive occasionally experienced issues connecting, its fairly stable on the wifi, but the most annoying aspect is that it is close to a major road, so good luck sleeping through the car horning all day, even though the bed is quite cozy. There are some minor inconveniences that prompted me, such as the hair dryer not working and calling room services not very effective on many other matters, however, because the staff is relatively friendly and wellversed in bhabasian.

The hotel's generally decent value was generally given that the rooms, particularly the backside ones, are spotless and spacious. Wide parking was provided for free, which is uncommon today in Al Marina five-star hotels, and the entire crew was friendly and grin-worthy. Also wonderful was the mountain vista. When they are combining Indonesian, Indian, and eastern cuisine, breakfast was mediocre, and a foul odor was present. This was different from the prior breakfast buffet because they used to separate both types of foods into two separate regions. In no way, you cannot compare that hotel to the well-known five-star hotels, but it was still decent considering the price and the quality of service being provided.

I have stayed here several times now. Quality for the money. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Parking is available, which is convenient. Haram is close by, making the location excellent. There are also plenty of convenience stores nearby for groceries and takeout. Even though we have had very comfortable stays despite this, i just think the rooms need a modern upgrade. I heartily recommend this hotel and would love to return.

Hotel ini terletak di ring 34 Masjid Nabawi, tepat di sebelah Hotel Hillton Madinah. Dari hotel ke Masjid Nabawi tinggal jalan lurus saja. Masuk ke pintu 21 Masjid Nabawi. Hotelnya bersih, fasilitas kamar lengkap, wifi tersedia hingga ke kamar. Restoran menyajikan menu Indonesia 3 kali sehari.
