Overseas traveler from the US. This is located in a bit of an older part of town, but I thought it was still nice area and felt much more authentic and historical then some of the newer hotels. Very elegant and the room was good, no concerns at all. Service was excellent and friendly.

This place is suitable for business travelers. The location is close to restaurants and the sea. There is plenty of parking, taxis are easy to find, and there is excellent hotel staff. However, the wifi didnt function properly, which is not ideal for a business trip.

A hidden gem of a hotel! Extremely cozy and spotless accommodations. I ordered kasbah, and it was the best ive ever had in all my four decades in the middle east! Congratulations to team vivid jeddah for completing an outstanding job! The only thing i would like to highlight is the availability of additional complimentary mineral water.

I already inform them for a special room for my honeymoon days but when I reached their they tilling me that not received anything from hotels.com about this request. Also, they give me a room which is soo noisy and the view of the rooms are 10ths of air condition . At the end, they promise to change the room but nothing happen till I checkout.
