Great stay in Dakar! Room was very clean. Staff was extremely courteous. Laundry service was same day and clothing was perfectly cleaned and folded same day. Ate at the restaurant everyday. Breakfast was GREAT. Restaurant staff was always friendly and helpful with the menu items. If I make it back to Dakar I’m staying here again!

I cannot rate this place highly enough. First of all the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was great, good shower, nice size, fridge and kettle, both much appreciated. Perfectly located for the places I wanted to visit in Dakar. Loads of fresh produce at breakfast, including a very tasty bean dish. The pool area was a perfect oasis from the business of down town Dakar. Loved it!

It is centrally located, close to the casinos, and also has beautiful and comfortable restaurants. Also, there are various foreign embassies nearby. The personnel was decent. Nice and fun swimming pool. Breakfast in the pool area. Mostly French speakers around, but nice and polite.

It is a central location, yet quiet as it is a ville off the main road, quite comfortable, good service, and good restaurants with reasonable prices. The hotel has a restaurant, conference facilities, and nightclub. There are casinos nearby. Wifi is free but slow the password is changed every day. WiFi passwords are available at the reception on special request they provide additional connections for various devices. The hotel is approximately 17 am from the airport. In peak hours, traffic is very slow, so be careful. The staff is helpful.

In the lobby, the room size is not that big and also have a little window, but also the inside garden area is so small, you can drink in open conditions without the noise of the road. But what I really like, not very comfortable to live in, this hotel is in a great position to move around in Dakara. The lobby is not very attractive, but there is an open garden where you can relax and have fun.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights as I received a significant discount, and the price was excellent. The main position is great. I booked a junior suite, the room was very large and had a seating area. The pool is very attractive, with a beautiful poolside dining area, very pleasant. I had to wait for my suite till 1645 without explanation or apology, I discovered the previous occupant decided she wouldnt leave until it was appropriate for her. No free water 200 for small bottles seems greedy. Bathrooms need to be painted. There are issues with customer service, explaining politeness from the staff. I went to a buffet breakfast because there wasn't much there, so I ordered omelettes and charged an additional fee. A little later, when a family arrived, they restocked the buffet with fruits, meat, and eggs. There is no menu to see or any sign that says it all. The nightclub kept us up until 430 with music. My spacious room, booked through Julia, was so enjoyable. All problems can be easily fixed.

Otel konumu çok iyi, oda boyutları normal. Temizlik normal. Elbiselerim için ütü istedim fakat ücret karşılığında kendileri ütülemek istediler, ütü vermediler odaya. Kahvaltısı zayıf, seçenek az, lezzeti iyi değil. Döviz bozdurmak istediğimizde yardımcı oldular.

Le pré-paiement que j'ai effectué le 29/07 à Hotels.com n'a pas été pris en compte par l'hôtel (on disait ne pas avoir reçu de pré-paiement). J'ai dû payer une deuxième fois pour le même séjour. Il est impossible de trouver de l'aide ou un contact sur le site de Hotels.com afin d'obtenir un remboursement.

Cleaning the room and welcome services are very good. But the breakfast was terribly poor and, during breakfast, they were cleaning the near floor and swimming pool. All the more, breakfast time wasn't observed (30 minutes later) and the swimming pool cannot be used, due to the really terribly improperty.
