Vraiment le personnel est très disponible, agréable, serviable, aussi bien à la réception, qu’au restaurant, qu’au bar et pour les activités. BRAVO !!! Endroit très propre, Chambres grandes et propres, mais ustensile de douche un peu vieux. Bien situé. J’y retournerais. Jp ( français ) du 28/02 AU 05/02

J'ai aimé la chambre et les jardin Par contre au niveau restauration ce n'était pas digne d'un 4* Pas beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner et la chaîne du froid est inexistante. La piscine a une eau verte qui ne donne pas du tout envie de s'y baigner. Heureusement que nous avions accès à la piscine de l'hôtel d'à côté. Le personnel est très gentil. C'était la saison basse donc pas d'animation

Passage d'une nuit dans l'hôtel, niveau hygiène très limité, pas de bouteille d'eau, pas de savon , très peu de serviettes de bain, sol pas propre , ampoule de douche HS donc pas d'éclairage.TV non fonctionnelle. Un séjour d'une nuit suffit , pas plus.

sur le site marquer 4 étoiles la bas 3 étoles piscine désastre personnes dedans buffet le matin une odeur de fosse septique a coté cela a déjà été signaler par d autre client avant a notre arriver le soir accueil médiocre chambre sombre je préféré m arrêter la nous partons souvent avec expédia avec aucun souci mais la très très déçu l hôtel n est pas a la hauteur pour connaitre bien saly

To be honest everything. The room was full of dead ants when we arrived, including on the bed which we had to clean ourselves. And during the day, the water turned off and when we called reception, they were briefly rude and abruptly ended the call. The restaurant’s food was terrible as well and overpriced, we asked for a menu and did not receive one and were charged buffet price for left over food (which we didn’t even get to choose). Also, we made the mistake of booking a massage to relax, the massage itself was okay, but the room and equipment were dirty and the payment was complicated for no reason. The reception lady gave us false information about the payment, and denied it rudely after. Which confused us and the massage lady. I would not recommend this place to anyone and would never come here again. It was a shame since the local people are nice and most staff were also nice but this made me feel very negatively about the place.

When i got there, the receptionìst could find my reservation online and i have to send him via email my reservation for proof. The room was not king size, no phone or wifi. Poor service and the room was old.

hôtel en travaux au niveau de bar et restaurant du matin au soir donc impossible de profiter de la piscine à côté. chambres vétustes donné aux clients malgré des chambres rénové réservé à un partenaire privilégié ? de toute façon travaux également aux niveaux de ces nouvelles chambres donc impossible de se reposer en journée ! surfacturation de notre note qui est passé de plus de 100000 CFA à 64000 CFA devant notre assistance à avoir le détails et de ce fait menace d'appeler la police si on ne payer pas alors que noous voulions bien régler notre note mais réelle et non celle surfacturé ! des commentaires élogieux incompréhensibles à part peut être le fait qu"il soit laissé par un excursionniste que arrive au soir et reparte le matin avant que cet hôtel se transforme en champ de bataille !

Booked for 3 nights and di not stay even a couple hours. No one on site. No electricity, no water. Security is of great concern. the beach is not existing at all. I am still awaiting my refund as all amenities listed are either not existing or not usable. As a general manager of a 4 star hotel myself in the US, I highly recommend Expedia to pull this place out of the list.
