Staff on reception were very helpful and friendly. Printed a document for me which was much appreciated. Close to old railway station and opposite a new riverside development. A good hike uphill to the main Republic square, however, a 20 minute walk across the bridge to the Palace. All in all great!

The design hotel is situated only a short stroll from the central bus station, which is quite convenient. The area is a little run down primarily due to extensive building and renovation work, but this has no effect on the hotel. The hotel is about a 20 minute slow walk from the city center, and all the staff we met, particularly the ladies at reception, were extremely courteous and helpful. Our room was large enough for two people and had a walk-in shower. Our room was clean but a bit tired. The breakfast at the hotel needs improvement, the cold breakfast bread, cereal, and fruit was fine, but the hot breakfast, particularly the eggs, looked like they had been reheated, does not look very good. Great free internet in our room.

The staffs were polite but I'm not sure if they speak English. It's a good choice close to Belgrade's city center. But there were only a few towels for three people, some windows were damaged and cold air was coming in. But the bed was good and the wifi was also okay. The breakfast and dinner were nice but not many choices.

Good location and nice hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was an added bonus. The room was never cleaned in our 4 nights. The beds were made on the first night but not the next 3. Towels were changed daily. The shower would not drain so you were standing in 4 inches of water when showering and there was no shower door so the floor got very wet.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the service – both at the hotel and during breakfast – was outstanding. Especially the young man ( Alam) at breakfast, who was extremely friendly and welcoming.

The staff were great, helpful and attentative. Rooms were clean and good decor and facilities. AC was set to 26c and noisy, and too hot but suggestion by reception to open window meant all the noise of construction outside was loud.
