The hotel rooms are worth every penny as I get to enjoy the view and the moment with my family. You will feel valued and taken care of. The place is huge and expensive. There is also a photo worth taking from every corner. Very magnificent. There is a manila that speaks elegance. You might never know it until you lose yourself in a moment of joy, rest, and bliss, however long they may be, depending on how much money and time you are willing to spend. The staff is so attentive and helpful. They make you feel important and pampered.

The hospitality is terrific! On top, they have some of the best employees, especially the room attendant paulo mesa, who is incredibly kind and accommodating to all of our needs. The room was tidy and really comfortable. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone I encountered, from the valet to the cleaning staff, was wonderful, as was the room attendant supervisor mayan vanilla, who checked on me and asked if there was anything in my room. This is truly a place you wouldn't want to go away, and when you do, it should be with a view to returning.

From the location of the hotel to the facilities, the service here was also good. I hope every hotel is the same.

The hotel has a nice and relaxed vibe. They also give a free upgrade from the deluxe to the junior suite with a view. The food is great, particularly the pastries, and the pool with a view of the bay is great. But, I can't wait to come back.
