I book an extra six nights on top of an initial four nights. I am sure it helps to hear about the hotel's laundry service which I found useful for getting some clothing cleaned so I could enjoy my extended stay. The hotel's laundry service has low prices for small items but higher for larger items. It appears that the laundry service is with a third party but I used it twice and it is timely and reliable.

Room was very clean and comfortable, the hotel's location was good for travellers like me who are unfamiliar with or who have not previously stayed in Belgrade. After staying four nights I think that the positive reviews of the property are more believable than the negatives. I booked a further seven nights because the accommodation and destination were very nice to stay at.

The hotel is actually the ground floor of an apartment building in a convenient location. Everything in the centre of Belgrade is within walking distance or a short ride on a free bus or tram. My room was huge and very comfortable with a nice bathroom. The only negative I can think of is that there was some dust and cobwebs in the room, and two of the bathroom lights were not working but it was nothing that was worth annoying the staff about whilst I was there. Overall, I would be happy to recommend the Hotel to friends and family and will probably stay there again when I next visit Belgrade

Odalar rutubet kokuyodu belgradın aralık soğuğunda gece cam açık yatmak zorunda kaldık ve donduk. Otel ful olduğu için başka odada yoktu mecburen orda konakladık. Fakat lokasyon olarak her yere yürüme mesafesinde çok yakındı

I normally do not spend time in reviews, but I have to do it for the sake of others. No coffee sachets you have to buy them @reception. Very meant!! Changed room as it was quite noisy, there is a supermarket on the ground floor and when hey deliver goods at 6am, the noise is unbearable. New room: much quieter but fridge, AirCond and shower did not work, manager on 2 days off, no maintenance guy. I could not sleep at all the last night as there were lost of mosquitos in my room. I have more complaints but best to keep it simply so quick to read. I would not give even 1 point, it was not cheap!!! It is the actitud and how staff deal with. Unacceptable !! I chose it because reviews were amazing !!

Bonjour, je vous envoie ce mail pour vous informer de la qualité horrible de l'hôtel dans lequel nous avons séjourné ainsi que pour faire une réclamation par rapport à tous les désagrément majeurs que nous avons rencontré. Nous vous demandons un geste commercial financier en compensation du séjour que nous avons passé. Je vous joins toutes les photos qui témoigneront de notre expérience désastreuse. Voici notre situation : nous sommes arrivés lundi 7 juillet 2025 à l'hotel The Location, nous avions réservé une chambre avec jacuzzi. Le jacuzzi n'était pas en état d'être utilisé, à peine nous utilisions les remous (fonction principale d'un jacuzzi), et les objets métalliques d'où sortaient les bulles s'envollaient dans tous les sens. De plus, l'eau du jacuzzi était à 48°C, ce qui est une température beaucoup trop haute, ce qui rendait l'utilisation impossible ! Nous aimerions donc être remboursés de la différence entre une chambre normale et une chambre avec jacuzzi dans un premier temps. Concernant l'hygiène : des toiles d'araignées séjournaient dans les coins des fenêtres auxquelles les rideaux n'étaient que partiellement accrochés. La propreté de la douche était plus que décevante, les joints des carreaux étaient sales, il y avait même des tâches de moisissures... Ce qui est inquiétant pour un hôtel, ces moisissures peuvent mettre en danger notre santé ! Toujours sur la douche, le joint de la porte était déchiré en bas ce qui avait pour conséquence d'inonder la
