Mir haben das Zimmer, das Personal und die Ausstattung sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sehr sauber. Zu meinem Geburtstag habe ich sogar Kuchen bekommen, was mich sehr gefreut hat. Wasser war kostenlos verfügbar. Außerdem gibt es einen Kinder-Spielraum, den man zwei Stunden kostenlos nutzen kann. Das Essen ist hervorragend.

Otel ve çalışanları gerçekten çok iyi, konforlu büyük odaları var, pistlerin dibinde kullanışlı, lüks sayılabilir bir otel. Biz 5 aile gelmiştik ve herkes çok memnun. Suitlerdeki açılabilir yatakların geliştirilmesi lazım. Çok rahatsız bu yataklar maalesef. Kayak dolaplarının yeri de malesef çok kullanışsız. Son olarak da otelin önündeki açık havadaki oturulabilir kısımlar, tasarıma kurban gitmiş, çok güzel bir alan hep boş ve kullanılamıyor. Bütün bunlara rağmen Kopaonike yine gelsek yine bu otelde kalırız.

Every member of the services team: waiters, cleaning ladies, room service, receptionists, doormen... was extremely kind and wiling to go an extra mile to make our stay a memorable experience. Few nuisances: we could not watch pay-per-view movies because application on TV could not start and issue was not fixed while we were there, for more than four days. Parking in hotel garage is pricey 25 euros per night

The location is impressive, but most of all, i would like to highlight the kindness of the staff. i interacted a few times with the dining room staff and the reception and their level of service was impressing. especially Aleksandar (restaurant manager) and Ilya from the reception.

Very pleasent stay. Hotel personnel were so kind and polite, its so refreshing. They were all going above and beyond to ensure guests are getring the best possible service. I Highly recommend this hotel to everyone who would like to visit Kopaonik.

Absolutely wonderful hotel - very attentive staff, great facilities, all new. I have been given an upgrade to a wonderful spacious suite room with the slope view. Lots of nice little touches here and there from check-in to whole experience. Gym is amazing - all equipment from Technogym, Beautiful and cozy bar, views to the slopes are incredible. Spa is really good - facilities are great, must be even more enjoyable during winter. Special thanks to Predrag and Maria and every other staff member for making it a memorable stay! One of the best hotels I have stayed in and probably the best in Serbia - definitely recommended! Certainly the best in Kopaonik! Will come back for sure.

It would have been a perfect 5 out of 5 had it not been for the very hot rooms in the night. It was upwards of 25 degrees making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The overall amazing experience at the hotel with friendly staff, great amenities etc was spoilt by this one issue which despite multiple complaints was not resolved to satisfaction.

Almost everything was great. Only the breakfast was to busy. Not enough tables available. Had to sit with other people on a table. And this was happening to more people who came in.

the location of the hotel was great!! right at the center of the lifts! very good ski service& also great fitness center! Rooms were spacious with lots of storage, which made us feel like home during our stay. the one and only thing that, in my personal opinion, needs serious improvement at this hotel, is the hotel’s f&b. Even though at first sight the restaurants aren’t lacking anything in particular, the quality of the food doesn’t meet the standards of a 5-star viceroy hotel. This applies to all all 3 restaurants of the hotel, from breakfast, to the ski bar and also the sushi restaurant. Other than that, it was our second time staying in this hotel, we had a great time, and we will surely visit again!

Wow what a change for the worse in a year. Spa centre dirty, awful smell in the wet sauna. Staff not visible and when asked for assistance not bothered. Checkin and valet was great as opposed to the rest. Disappointing that the don’t care attitude of Kopaonik has come to this hotel which was great. Now not so convinced
