Coming back to Sierra Leone from Accra and decided to stay an evening before crossing back to Freetown. The staff were very helpful and hospitable and the food in the restaurant and lounge was also very good.

I recently revisited the establishment and was pleased to find that it maintained a high standard of cleanliness and hospitality. The quality of the food, paired with exceptional customer service, made for a memorable experience that left no room for regret. I would highly recommend it to others seeking a similar experience.

Staff wasn’t particularly unfriendly, but not very friendly and helpful. I was denied food because my room number was not on some list until the receptionist intervened and allowed me to get something from the restaurant, which served cold plasas for 250 NLe 💸 I asked if I could pay using USD and they said yes, but wouldn’t give me my change in the restaurant, they said they would bring my change to my room, which they never did. Other than the restaurant troubles the place was nice, clean, comfortable, and had amenities such as running (& hot) water, ac, and stable electricity.

They should charge USD $60 a night maximum including taxes. What I appreciated; Even though not all the staff speaks English well, they were trying hard, and the airport shuttle was very convenient.
