We had a great time and the location is convenient to the bus and local restaurants, as well as a mini market where you can purchase snacks and beverages. They offer highquality amenities, a spotless towel that is exceptionally white and spotless, an electric stove, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, and an iron.

I stayed for four weeks for research. An ideal location for a bit longer trip, and totally worth the cost. A big plus is the inroom washer. This is your place if you prefer solitude at night after a long day of urban life. And yes, you can enjoy peace and quiet in the heart of singapore. The only drawback is that there are very small ants at the bottom of the wall. Nothing problematic, just a small, unharmful nuisance.

My experience was generally positive during my threemonth stay, primarily due to the wonderful front desk staff and the extremely comfortable bed. The main downside was that the property clearly needs renovation, especially when compared to the companys other locations. This was even more obvious given the high price. The Murphy bed was the highlight of the room, very comfortable. However, the room itself was cramped, with just enough space to open a suitcase. There was a small, mostly useless storage area (oddly housing the fridge) which i used for my clothes. The room included several useful power outlets and usb ac ports, a kitchenette with a fridge and washing machine, an iron and ironing board, and basic shampoo and body wash. It was well equipped overall, although it lacked a drying fan. The room was very well insulated or isolated, despite the occasional small insect in the bathroom. The lack of windows caused a stale smell from time to time, and clothes dried in the room would pick up an odd smell. Both issues were a bit embarrassing when guests came, and they further stressed the need for renovation. The front desk and WhatsApp staff were excellent friendly, helpful, and even offered some flexibility with payments. The cleaning staff, however, lacked professionalism and attention to detail. For example, when i brought up the insect issue, the response was dismissive it was okay, which didnt inspire confidence. Weekly cleanings were very basic, just sweeping the floor, but better than nothing. There was a major ac problem that lasted for a week, making some rooms almost uninhabitable due to the heat. The staff responded quickly and gave me a room in their neighboring property, which was noticeably better, another testament to the excellent service provided by the front desk. The location is excellent, well connected via the fort canning mrt and nearby bus stops. Orchard malls and clare quay are a 5minute walk away. There is also a 24hour convenience store just 2 minutes away, which is small but has everything you need.

Kami menemukan apartemen ini setelah melihat-lihat hotel dan menyewa AirBnB. Unit studio lotengnya sempurna untuk menginap keluarga selama dua minggu. Kami ingin mendapatkan tempat dengan mesin cuci dan pengering, dapur, kulkas, dan ruang untuk aktivitas keluarga yang tidak tersedia di beberapa kamar hotel. Lokasi sempurna, dekat dengan pusat kota Singapura (kawasan Marina Bay), dekat dengan stasiun MRT dan halte bus, dan harganya sulit dikalahkan untuk apa yang kami dapatkan. Kami juga diperbolehkan membawa sepeda lipat, yang merupakan hal yang sangat positif bagi pesepeda seperti saya. Jauh lebih nyaman bersepeda daripada menggunakan sepeda sewaan. Pelayanannya juga patut diacungi pujian. Tim Coliwoo dan tim Coliwoo River Valley 298 sangat ramah dan bersahabat. Saya sangat merekomendasikan tempat ini jika kebutuhan Anda serupa dengan kami.

Pelayanan hotel sangat ramah, karena kami tiba terlambat hari itu. Abegail memberi tahu kami prosedur check-in mandiri yang sangat praktis. Kamarnya bersih dan lengkap. Resepsionis, Khadijah dan staf rumah tangga sangat ramah. Pengalaman menginap kami nyaman dan menyenangkan, luar biasa!
