We will definitely return to stay at your hotel again. Paste our harbor view room 2010 was fantastic and very appealing. So was the interior finishes of the room. Brand new feel. Access to the club lounge was also a fantastic experience, especially the customer service shown to us from arrival to departure. I would like to congratulate and recommend Justin from your lounge staff who were exemplary in his attention to detail and his genuine congeniality. Nothing was bothering him with our requests, which he always provided with a friendly smile. Justin is a credit to the high level of customer service at the Mandarin oriental.

We had a wonderful fournight stay at mo on our way back to new zealand. The level of service was beyond amazing at every touch. The room service was excellent every day and perfect while we were out. The little surprise presents in our room each night, the free minibar, the abundance of free water in the room, and more. I highly recommended to everyone.

As a loyal mo fan, i had high hopes for a stay at the Mandarin Oriental, singapore. Known for its impeccable service and luxurious accommodations, i expected nothing less than perfection. Upon arrival, i was immediately impressed by the stunning architecture by john portman and the fresh interior design by jimmy waikis, complemented by a harmonious color scheme. This combination is undoubtedly one of the best hotel designs in singapore. A special mention must go to timothy, the front office representative, who embodied the quintessential mo service with humility and efficiency, ensuring that my needs were met promptly and without fail. There was a moment that captured the magic of timothy. Timothy went above and beyond to find an older version for me, knowing my love for collecting fans, and despite the hotels new signature fan design not being ready. To my delight, when i returned to my room in the evening, the fan was beautifully placed on the table, a testament to the exceptional service the mo staff is known for. This thoughtful gesture, however, also highlighted a slight inconsistency in the hotels branding efforts. Lack of a ready signature fan at a brand as prestigious as mandarin oriental can be a letdown, especially for fans like myself who value such collectibles as part of their stay experience. The service at the mo bar was flawless, from the attentive staff to the great drinks and atmosphere. Even when compared to other top bars ive stayed at throughout the week in the sydney islands. However, the actual stay experience fell short of my high expectations in a number of areas. One of the hotels highlights was the insufficient staffing of the hotel. With only 2 to 3 attendants managing a crowd of guests, the service lags significantly. My 3 visits to the pool required putting up my own towel and there were instances of missed orders. It appears that the hotels large scale may be stretching the stafftoguest ratio too thin, failing to deliver the legendary service mo is known for. Despite having some of the most opulent rooms across all mo properties in Asia, the overall experience left much to be desired, with some details that need to be addressed and improved.

Before going on a cruise, i spent a few days at this hotel. I was not let down by the hotels convenient location near the attractions we wanted to see. The personnel promptly seated us and were incredibly kind and welcoming. For those who enjoy tea and coffee, the rooms were roomy and cozy. The hotels ecofriendly policies also impressed me. The hotel concierge was really helpful in providing us with information about chinese new year celebrations and even managed to secure lastminute dinner reservations for us. There was a wide selection of highquality meals available at the buffet, which was also appropriate for children. I want to thank the entire crew for taking such good care of us during our stay.

Keramahan dan kualitas hotel ini luar biasa. Kebersihan kamarnya juga luar biasa. Hanya ada sedikit kesulitan saat membuka botol air, meskipun staf selalu dengan senang hati membantu. Mungkin akan lebih baik jika desain dibuat lebih baik.

Kami menginap di Mandarin Oriental selama 2 malam. Rumah baru saja direnovasi. Menjadi lebih cerah dan ramah. Sebagai kota kembang Singapura, semuanya tercermin dalam hotelnya. Saya merasa nyaman menginap bersama si kembar. Semua orang yang saya temui di hotel menyambut saya dengan senyuman dan membantu saya dengan semua yang saya minta. Perhitungan penggunaan kredit hotel saat check-out agak kacau, tetapi mereka segera memperbaikinya setelah saya sebutkan. Karena saya memiliki dua anak, saya tidak bisa menginap di kamar marina view dan menggunakan kamar keluarga, tetapi kamarnya nyaman dan kolam renangnya cukup. Sampai jumpa lagi, Mandarin Singapura.

Very good service, attention to detail. Housekeeping is very attentive and responsive. Beautiful rooms were disappointed though we booked a family suite with bunker beds but was told it was not available last minute. Taxis made to airport via concierge, but taxis were very late and did not show up. Overall, still one of the best experiences.

Lokasinya dekat dengan Merlion, bisa jalan kaki juga. Di belakang hotel ada mall yang tidak terlalu besar. Pelayanannya baik dan ramah, meskipun sebagian besar dari mereka sudah tua dan tidak bisa berbicara bahasa Inggris. Jika harganya yaa namanya juga Singapura ya, menunya juga halal.

Secara keseluruhan saya cukup puas. Satu-satunya keluhan saya tentang pengalaman hotel mewah adalah layanan kamar. Tidak ada bantal dan handuk mandi tidak diantar tepat waktu. Saya menelepon tiga kali dan tidak berhasil. Salah satu karyawan yang menjawab telepon juga sangat kasar.

We had a wonderful time in singapore and it exceeded all of our expectations. The renovation was tastefully and expertly done. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, and the food we had was delicious. We will definitely stay again, as the location overlooking the bay is ideal for watching the light show.

I was in the function room for a wedding. Well maintained over the years and i like the cake shop and lobby setting. Easy parking if you need a quiet place to hang out for coffee and cakes on a weekday lunch.

The location is very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The view from the room is also beautiful, and i could relax in the hotel quietly. This time, i enjoyed delicious coffee during afternoon tea in the tea room and had a great time. If i have the opportunity to visit singapore again, i would definitely like to use this hotel.
