I read some of the negative reviews before my stay with a bit of panic. However, my stay was pleasant and in line with what I had expected. This is an expensive city and paying for audio for a private room is very good value. There are some aspects of the self check in system that are a little strange and perhaps need to be improved. The front door lock doesn't work, and there should be a security person on call.

Don't expect too much at this price in Singapore. Price consider good as the location is just a stone's throw from farmer park met station. Ill give 5 out of 10 stars about cleanliness of the hostel. All things considered good, except cleanliness. Atmosphere was good as it was self check-in and I rarely met people during my stay at this hostel.
