Lovely hotel with great pool area. Worth noting that we were required to upgrade our reservation in order to receive an early check in, which we were fine with. Also, some confusion as to whether the pool could be used post check out (we were told both yes and no). Other than that, the rooms were really comfortable and very quiet, the pool area was great and the breakfast had a huge selection. A great place for a short Singapore stopover.

Beautiful and Great Hotel !!! Great staff !!! The staff were very courteous, attentive, friendly, and helpful. The concierge staff was very helpful with assisting me in addressing a concern I had with our flight and also helping me to confirm our flights and seats for our return flight to Japan. She was very patient and thorough. I thought I needed to take a taxi to the airport to address this. She saved me a trip. I am very grateful for her help. I wish I wrote down her name because I am terrible at remembering names. She worked at the concierge desk and helped me on June 4, 2026 before lunch. Again, THANK YOU 🙏

Thanks to the Swiss Hospitality, and this made me staying for my 5th/6th times. This time with my wife and really thankful to Clerence for his nice call and very very warm greetings. So bad that I havent had a chance to meet him in person, but my wife and I appreciated a lot. Always nice to stay in the hotel and dine at SKAI as well, for we do have a discount on beverages and meals there, with the best view from restaurant in Singapore. Rooms are as good as always, and so great to capture beautiful moments facing the marina bay area. I certainly will come back for future stay.

My stay at Swissôtel The Stamford Singapore was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel offers stunning views of the city skyline, spacious and comfortable rooms, and exceptional service from the staff, who made me feel welcome throughout my stay. One of the biggest highlights is the hotel’s unbeatable location. The hotel is directly connected to Raffles City Shopping Centre, making it incredibly convenient to shop, dine, and explore without even stepping outside. There are countless restaurants, cafés, and retail stores just a few steps away. Even better, the MRT station is directly connected to the hotel, providing seamless access to Singapore’s excellent public transport network. Getting to popular attractions such as Marina Bay Sands, Orchard Road, Chinatown, and Gardens by the Bay was quick and effortless. The combination of luxury accommodation, outstanding service, direct access to shopping, and convenient MRT connectivity makes Swissôtel The Stamford one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Singapore. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city and will definitely return on my next trip.

Stayed in May 2026 and would highly recommend this hotel. We had a Marina Bay view room with a balcony and was well worth it. The views of the bay and the wider city were breathtaking and not obscured in any way. We travelled with two young children and having the balcony to sit on while they slept was well worth the extra cost. The room was for two doubles, but they did add a third single bed in the room which was ideal. The check in process was exceptionally smooth with no delay as a large number of staff and automated systems. Were even able to obtain a late check out. Below the hotel was a shopping centre making it very easy to get snacks, drinks for room and for the day out as well as get many breakfast options. The location was very good and easily walkable to Merlion and Boat Quay. For further distances just use Grab as very cheap. We did use the rooftop bar, but to be honest the views were just as good from the room and as kids not allowed after 6pm did not feel had to go more than the once. The pool was ok but not very large to say supported two hotels. Bar staff at pool were very good and nice touch to have sunscreen available.

Sehr tolles, modernes Hotel. Geräumige und saubere Zimmer. Immer frisches, kostenloses Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Gigantisches Frühstücksbuffet das keine Wünsche offen lässt. The black out blinds in our room were next level good. Pool was busy on sunday and only 1.2 deep but so are most pools. helpful staff when we needed to shower after check out in the sauna area. Great facilities. Nice touch on the lights at night time that have two guiding lights when you get up at 3am to go toilet, wont wake everyone up but stops you falling over in the dark
