The whole facility was clean, from the rooms, common areas, and bathrooms. Your bed is pretty much a capsule, so you don't see your neighbors once you climb into bed. there's also curtains for additional privacy and lockers below, which can store your luggage and a backpack. They clean the bathrooms every day during the late AM hours. Shoes are not allowed except in a small area of the lobby where you put your shoes on and go out. Best if you have a pair of dedicated indoor slippers to walk around and go into the shower (not anything against the property, but I personally prefer to not walk around barefoot in public places). Good value for the room, close to food options, a mall, and MRT station. Right in the hear of Chinatown so exploration is easy. Not too far from Merlion Park, and MRT rides to other parts of the CBD are easy. Would definitely stay here again if I came back to Singapore.

駅に近く、飲食店が豊富、スーパーマーケットも近くて便利。清掃も行き届いていて清潔。ダイニングルームも使いやすい。火は使えないが、電子レンジ、ポット、トースター、炊飯器があるので、工夫すれば、自炊も可能。22時以降は静かにするルールだったが、TV電話を大声でいつまでもしている人が一人迷惑だった。辞めさせてほしかったが、家族か彼女と楽しそうに話していたので、私は部屋に戻った。ランドリーありとHPにあったが、閉鎖されていた。満室の上、連日雨なので、ドミトリーが洗濯物だらけになるのを予防していたのかもしれない？　ランドリーを尋ねると、しょうかいしてくれたが、遠いのでやめた。私は個室だったので、手洗いして室内に干したので、問題なかった。 スタッフはフレンドリーで丁寧な対応をしてくれた。次も使いたいです。

The facility is a bit dated, but the staff is kind and helped taking my bags to the room. The double bed rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. The only issue is that walls are super thin where you can hear your neighbors cough so be aware if you are sensitive. The location is super convenient and overall I felt 9/10 safe as a solo traveler.

Tempatnya sangat strategis, deket banget sama MRT chinatown. Ada 7/11, shopping mall, masjid dan night market juga. Dapat sarapan sereal + roti juga. Sangat nyaman

Really close to Chinatown MRT station, which makes this a very convenient location to be based at. Wink provided really good detailed directions to get from airport to hotel. There were issues with my flight / luggage (caused by the airline) that impacted my plans - Wink was very responsive with getting back to me when I message them. Great customer service. Wink was recommended to me by an acquaintance - glad I took up her suggestion.
