Loved the ground level room right off the beach, with foot wash and large private veranda. Kitchen amenities were great, they provide all the basic necessities (eg., sponge, dish soap, towels, beach towels, dinnerware, etc…).

Although the resort is older, it is well maintained & the staff is amazing!!! No need to ever leave the resort. Loved it & plan to return some time soon!

This was one of the best hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed. The room was clean and comfortable. The only drawback was the restaurant on the property was closed most of the time. Overall rating ten out of ten.

Bellaire Beach Hotel won my heart on my last week travels to St Maarten. The staff was very helpful and made you feel at home. The property is upkept, clean and spacious rooms with everything at your fingertips. Theres a restaurant/cafe , excursions office, a mini market , fitness room, swimming pool on a deck next to the ocean, nook lounge space with a bookshelf. The hotel also offers special events for guest to participate in from, sunrise yoga to an all you can eat sunset bbq with a live band and steel pans! I had an ocean view suite that faced the island of Saba, absolutely breathtaking views and ambiance. I would highly recommend the accommodations! i will be returning. Thank you Bellaire Beach Hotel for a stellar experience!

The Belair Beach hotel was a nice accommodation for our 4 night stay. The beach on the property is beautiful and always had chairs available. It is an older hotel so no bells and whistles, but the staff were all very friendly, the bar/restaurant was very good and has happy hour deals daily! The rooms are clean and spacious. The building itself could use updating for curb appeal but we still loved it and would consider staying here again.

The view is to die for. When you first walk in you have to head down the hall to the view of a lifetime. The complex is an older condo building and sure it can use a new modern update but it is decent and has pretty well everything you need. I mean how much time do you want to stay inside. The staff there are super friendly. They make you feel very welcomed and safe. I would definitely go back

Ontvangst heel vriendelijk en welkom, kamer was geweldig, prachtig uitzicht, zeezicht met groot balkon, direct aan het strand met voldoende goede strandstorlen en parasols. Eten bij het gingerbreadcafe is heerlijk en de bediening heel vriendelijk. Carib is een aanrader. Kamer heeft twee ruime slaapkamers met badkamer, grote woonkamer, keuken en groot balkon. We komen graag terug.

I liked how it sits right on the beach and everyone that works there is very nice and helpful and willing to go the extra mile so you enjoy your vacation. Especially Catherine at the front desk went above and beyond to make everything perfect.

All the rooms had a stunning ocean view. The property was located in a great location, although it was slightly old and outdated. The restaurant food was exceptional. I would definitely stay there again. The beach view was breathtaking.

Hotel is right on the beach which has clean white sand. Great swimming area. Tons of loungers and chairs with umbrellas. All rooms are beachfront with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, a full kitchen, large living room, and have a large deck which overlooks the beach and Little Bay. Grounds are imaculate and all staff members were pleasant and helpful. The small cafe has probably the best food with the cheapest prices in the whole area. To top it off there is a small store in the hotel which carries absolutely everything with great prices. Overall we would recommend this hotel 100% and will definitely return!

Had a great stay/experience at the Belair Beach Hotel. Rooms were big and kitchen was stocked with plates and silverware. Balcony view was AMAZING! Chairs and table were included on the balcony. Air conditioning was excellent as was shower water pressure and temps. Beach was one of the best on the island. Clean, free of sargassum, and very private. Early mornings and late afternoons = total private beach. Waves were mild. Pool is small and only one restaurant on premise...convenient store was tiny but packed with all essentials at fair pricing. No fitness center (bummer!). Secured entry and parking. Overall, this is really a hidden gem for those looking for a post card beach with clear turquoise water. 3 minute drive to Phillipsburg. Do not let the exterior and grounds fool you (Not as modern as others, but still an overall amazing location.) Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

I have been to the belair multiple times, I love the view from the room. The beach is so nice. The water was fabulous. The resort is close drive to many great restaurants The rooms are a bit old but clean. And the balcony is so nice to sit and enjoy the views. Will be going back as the beach is the reason I go
