I had an enjoyable stay overall. The hotel’s oceanfront location is excellent, with direct access to a beautiful beach. Since I visited during the low season, the entire area was incredibly quiet, with many nearby bars and restaurants closed and the beach almost empty—which was exactly what I was looking for in my short business trip, and absolutely loved. The hotel’s restaurant was very good, offering tasty food and attentive service. The bar was also a nice place to relax and enjoy a drink. The rooms are somewhat outdated, but they were clean and well maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The only downside was the level of service at the front desk and the bar, which generally wasn’t very warm or welcoming. Fortunately, there were a few exceptions. Ruby, in particular, stood out with her kindness and friendly attitude, making me feel genuinely welcome. Her excellent customer service deserves special recognition. Overall, despite a few service-related issues, I had a pleasant and relaxing stay and would consider returning, especially for the peaceful atmosphere during the low season.

It was clean and bright, the staff was exceptional, it wasn't too crowded, plenty for all no lines, but I didn't like the extremely small elevator, so I took the stairs every time.

Everyone was friendly and happy to help, making sure we have everything we need, even on the beach. The included breakfast was amazing with a beautiful view of course. One thing to note was that most shops on the boardwalk close down around 5, so if you’re not eating dinner at the on site restaurant (which was very good) be prepared to go out of area for it. All in all it was an amazing property and I would recommend!

Very clean room. I had an issue with the door into initial room and they ended up moving me to an upgraded room with a beautiful ocean view. Staff were friendly, food and service was amazing, views were stunning. The are is very friendly for walking around and finding shops as well as easy access to the beach from the hotel. I will definitely come back.

I wish I could give more than five stars because I had an excellent time at Holland House. The food is among the best I've had when traveling, the staff were so, so helpful anytime I needed assistance and the room was beautiful and relaxing to come back to after a long day on the road. I’m looking forward to returning to St. Maarten and definitely looking forward to coming back to Holland House.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Holland House Beach Hotel in Dutch St. Maarten for our 7th wedding anniversary. Holland House's location is right on the beautiful, clean beach with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the island and beach. The hotel itself was excellent. Our room had a city view; it was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a day out. What truly stood out, though, was the staff, with special mention to Ms. Lusianny Matute, who provided excellent customer service and was attentive to our special requests. The bartenders were fantastic, and both the bar and restaurant offered excellent service and great food and drinks. Another highlight is how walkable and convenient the area is. There are attractions, with plenty of shopping and transportation options just steps away. The city is clean, vibrant, and welcoming, which made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our visit. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Also, you can easily explore nearby islands via ferry - we were able to visit the French side of St. Maarten, Anguilla, and St. Barths. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. Maarten!

This property is especially enjoyable because the lobby opens to the beach and the boardwalk. The dining room is also open to the beach. The cabin attendants are quite thorough. The restaurant servers are attentive and have great memories. Great shopping is available in both directions.

Holland House in St. Martin was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The location is perfect right on the beach with breathtaking views, beautiful rooms, and an atmosphere that makes you never want to leave. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and made every moment feel special. The food, drinks, and overall vibe were top tier.
